Great service. Went in with my wife and little son. Very friendly, super tasty wings. Just went in for wings on a whim and was not disappointed. Would recommend giving this place a taste. Would definitely eat here again.

Boneless wings, wings, and wedges were tasty as expected.Experience was not, and will not be returning. I will be going to winging it next time (where I originally thought I was going)Waited a few minutes until I was served for my take out that I ordered online. I can get over that, the guys in the back were having some sort of conversation.When the tip jar was shaken as a hint, I thought it very aggressive. Maybe I'm out of touch but a fast food joint is not a place you tip, and if it was a place to tip, the service was under par and the tip would have remained nil.Again the food was good, put the expected tip enough to keep me away.
The new reaper sauce is insane.When the sauce is named reaper, most of the time you can tell there's not a single reaper in it. Not this sauce. It's perfect. Flavor, and also the fact that I can hardly see ??Amazing service, food, all around.
TLDR: Wrong order, charged for more expensive order, missing items, bland taste, meh customer service, items out of stockThis was a disappointing first experience. I ordered through skip and from beginning to end it was a bad experience. I ordered and paid for the Memphis combo which comes with coleslaw on top of the sandwich, they gave me it without the toppings so the classic combo.They didn’t have samosas in stock so when I called them back the woman on the phone said skip was refunding me for the up charge. Then I asked if I would be getting wedges (the combo comes with wedges you pay extra for anything else) and she said ya I guess we’ll throw them on like she was doing me a favour but I paid for the combo? If I wouldn’t have called they would have just charged me for a combo but gave me the wrong sandwich and no side ?Then I get it and think the worst is behind me when I bite into this grizzly solid meat that you would literally have to cut through with a steak knife. It was like chicken skin rock solid in long strips throughout the entire sandwich ? If it had been deep fried 5 times and then left under a heat lamp for 5 hours. The wedges didn’t even have salt on them.It was honestly horrible and super disappointing. If you’re reading this do not order from here. It tastes like cafeteria food. I can’t begin to explain the food is the most bland freezer food I have ever eaten. It can’t be cooked there more like heated there.
Pretty decent wings for a new place, order was ready fast and on time. Would like to see a bigger selection of flavours though. Would eat here again and recommend
Best wings I have ever had! Thick, tasty and juicy. Great price too. Could offer a few more sauce selections as a variety but I always get the BBQ anyways. Sides are pretty good too and overall the price is reasonable.
First time there and found it to be great wings for a good price. The spicy pierogies and mac an cheese appetizers were fantastic! I have definitely found my new wing place!
My experience was okay at WingsUp. The customer service was okay, nothing special. My only issue was when I came here it was 3pm so it wasn't busy at all, I was the only one in the restaurant but they told me that it will take 15mins for 1lbs wings. That caught me off guard as 15mins to wait for wings is a tad bit too long but they told me it was because they are made to order. The size of the wings was great but it lack flavor, and I preferred regular fries to wedges any day. It was decent but I will only go back if I have the time to wait and maybe ask for more seasoning next time.
Hands down, the BEST wings I’ve ever had! Huge pieces of chicken, we asked for a customized order with mainly flats vs. Drumsticks which they kindly accommodated, delicious flavours (we got honey garlic and Texas tequila) and it comes with the celery and carrots on the side which I look forward to every time I have wings. We stayed at a hotel which they accommodated by bringing our order right up to our suite. Such a great place to try if you’re a fan of good wings and a good time. Thanks so much!
