Place seems always clean and friendly staff

Tim's Hortons locationMelville / RutherfordExceptional good staff...NEVER got the wrong order & coffee has always been fresh. That can not be said for all locations.

Great service drive-thru is a little slow

Small and clean Tim Hortons. No place to sit as this location is in a convenient store and spacing is a little tight (the convenient store itself is pretty amazing as it has a bunch of local goods like pies, cheese curds and Kawartha Dairy ice cream). The ladies behind the counter were fast and friendly.

Super friendly staff and the service was fast. Received everything I ordered. Love going to this location

Super location - VERY clean and new, and the staff were very friendly. It's inside an Esso gas station - so no tables! But it is what it is - and it is good LOl

So insanely slow!!! Does anyone work the drive thru?! I have been sitting here for half an hour and it’s not even busy!!!! I wish I could just leave but I’m stuck here with a toddler that has to pee!!! Does anyone actually work here? So frustrating!!

It's a bit busy there, but then it's connected to a gas station, so I'd say that was fine. Staff was quick and they prepared my order very well and fast. Good job team, I recommend!

The person at the window was very nice whom handed us our food. There was 3 different errors with our order of which we caught 2 of them and drove away noticing there was only 1 smile cookie instead of 2. We went inside to get the missing Chipotle and 2 staff were slapping eachother's behinds at the counter. When addressed with the manager how it was inappropriate, she said she's talking to them.I feel that at a restaurant where they are handling food and people of all ages coming in through the door this was very inappropriate in a public place. There should be more attention to detail on making the orders correctly.

Fast and accurate service. They double checked my order for accuracy instead of risking getting it wrong like a lot of other Tim Hortons.
