Stop anywhere else. Had to wait in line for over 10 minutes when it wasn’t busy. Employee at the window did not apologize and when we opened the box of Timbits it was literally 20 honey dipped Timbits. They could have warned us/given us options because they had to know all that was left was the trash Timbits no one likes.
Just came by here. No customer service. Can’t even make orders correctly. And when told about the order he didn’t even bother to apologize. The one at the sandwich station was so rude. He just don’t deserve to work here
Never fails with this Tim Hortons located next to Candy Rush/Shoppe Hwy 11 North, they get our order wrong. This time I had enough, went in to let them know we were missing 1 wedge and 1 Boston Cream donut, rather then fixing the problem they opted to get us to pay for the missing items, saying we weren't charged for the items. Uhmmm OK how is that my issue your worker didn't properly take the order. So rather then accommodating the customer for the $1.00 donut, and $3.00 wedge.... I gave them back the the rest of the food we ordered and got a refund. What would have been a $4.00 fix now cost them $18.50 and they have to throw out the food we returned.Thanks Tim Hortons will never stop there again.
Service is typical for a Timmies. You get in and out quickly, parking is easy on a Thursday morning and the washroom is clean.
Love visiting this location after a family side by side ride. Staff are always friendly.
I will not be stopping here again unfortunately. Very convenient stop but my last 3 times I have had to leave because they could not make the meal I ordered. #1 no wedges #2 no chicken #3 grill not working. Three strikes you're out!
Every time i stop the drive thru always takes for ever it’s not a pleasant experience to have to sit in the drive thru for such a long time for a horrible tasting wrong made coffee SMH!!
I’m writing this review from the drive thru that I’ve been trapped in for over 30 minutes. I cannot believe how slow they are here today. This is beyond ridiculous.
Frequently get the order wrong, even at 5.00 AM when they have just opened and are not busy.Ordered 2x double chocolate donuts -- got 1x DC and 1x chocolate glazed.Ordered 2x muffins with 4x butter -- got 3x butter only.Perhaps trivial, but when this sort thing happens over and over again, it's time to take a look at your staffing. This is a donut shop, not a rocket fabrication factory. Taking an order for 6 items and getting 2 of them wrong seems little basic, doesn't it???
Slow and rude, use to be pretty good but it’s the worst tims I’ve ever been to.Always 20 minutes fresh means you’ll wait trough 2 pots to get a cup haha
