Best Tim Hortons in Orillia! The only one that makes me a steep tea when I ask for a steep tea - the other locations either give me bag tea or coffee! I find them quick compared to other locations in the area.
The chick at the drive thru at 2:15 today needs a nap I think
gotten 3 bagels 3 different times and never once got the cream cheese i payed for, don't bother asking for extra syrup in coffees you wont get it, staff are kind but service in incredibly slow (this coming from someone who has worked in fast food for years), they like to close the walk in when the drive through gets "too busy", very annoying when you walk 20 minutes there just to have to go home because they are too incompetent to handle both drive thru and walk in registers, i'm sure cooperate would be ashamed of this location
This restaurant is very dirty with crusted sugar and spilt coffee everywhere. They had to make my coffee 4 times before they finally tried putting an extra sugar in and then it was fine. It's been so long since their machines where cleaned or serviced that they don't even put out the right amount of product anymore. The staff tried to tell me I couldn't taste the sugar because it was a fresh pot and where very rude about remaking it. Tim Hortons really is trash now.
Great drive thru. Very thorough and confirmed our order. My son loves his heated Chocolate Chip Muffins!
Asking someone for proof for there medical condition isn't ur job to ask ur no doctor only a doctor can u that otherwise it's violation of human rights and charter of rights you accept ppl equally no need to ask ppl for proof of his or her medical condition period, to keep business running and open you accept ppl without sheep masks , there's no point wearing a sheep masks there's no such thing as covid only government controlling u as there puppet that's all it is wtfu , of u wanna keep ppl coming to that location don't ask ppl for proof of there medical condition it's not ur job to ask that ur job is to serve ppl and earn money to make a living if u can't do none of those u don't derve to be open or supported by us simple.
Never a negative experience at Tim Hortons on Memorial Avenue.

I'm not impress with this twice I went through the drive through I ordered the patatoe wedges and twice they tell me we don't have anymore wedges at 11 am in the morning this place is badly manage why offer on the screen menu but when you arrived at the window sorry we don't wedges .This place is badly manage !!!!!
