Decent but when I was in the store and asked for a soup with more broth and with some ice (for a relative that needed it served that way), got some attitude. Lady rolled her eyes and told my request to a coworker in a tone of voice that sounded clear that I was being an inconvenience. Drive though however has been good though and have had no problems.
Drive thru was sooooooooo slow took over 15 minutes ( not exaggerating) to get my coffee and I only had 4 cars ahead of me......likely under staffed as businesses are struggling to find people to work
Learn how to make coffee. Follow the instructions. Adding sweetener to a coffee isn’t rocket science. I am so tired of time after time giving my business when my coffee is continuously made incorrectly. This will be the last time. I will be finding another Tim Horton’s!
Busy, long lineup inside. Drive thru was also very long and busy. Lovely, friendly, kind customer service representative made it all worth the wait. Coffees were perfect. Clean washrooms.
Staff is very rude. Food is rarely fresh. Service is slow. Always messinh up the orders. Last summer on the 40° day i walked there from the otherside of town, i had heat stroke and was dehydrated and was having an asthma attack. I went in and begged for water. They refused me, i passed out on the floor, i came to and the staff were just whispering to eachother giving me weird looks. I crawled into the bathroom and drank warm tap water (the cold water was broken) and when i came out they tried to tell me i had to make a purchase. If i could give 0 stars itd be too nice.
The drive thru is the slowest I have ever been through every time I go. Pretty sure they only employ one person at a time this is the worst Tim hortons I have ever experienced

The girl working the drive thru was extremely rude, stated that there was absolutely no food being served because they were closing in 15 minutes. She wouldn't even sell me a bagel on its own so I could toast it at home. How hard is it to take 2 minutes to toast a bagel? This would take barely any effort or clean up!!!! This is the laziest, rudest person I've ever encountered in the service industry. I legitimately wanted to slap some sense into her. I hope she finds a different career, but I highly doubt it... What an absolutely useless little brat. I went to another Tim Hortons and they had no issue serving me.
I ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich. I drove across town where I went to eat it and discovered there wasn’t any ham at all. I then had to drive back across town to fix the issue.When I told them at the counter that the ham was missing I was met with an eye roll from the person making the sandwiches as well as a sarcastic “really?”I know people make mistakes, that’s fine. What I’m upset about is the attitude.I’ll make sure I check my order thoroughly from now on before I leave to make sure there’s actually meat on my sandwich.
Love Tim Horton's but not this one! I walked up to the counter, waited a good minute and a half to be told, "Oh, go down to the other cash and someone will help you there." I did. Again, no acknowledgement. Three staff members were working. One closest to the counter traveled with a container of ice, put on a fresh pot of coffee and still no acknowledgement. Another minute and a half, and I walked out, unserved. I realize this is a busy drive through business, however.........
