A little slow due to someone ordering a lot of items in the drive-thru, but friendly service makes it easy to appreciate their hard work and understand the grief they get.
50 pack of assorted timbits to get glazed chocolate, glazed, and sprinkles. That's all. If those are the only flavors you have let your customer know. Because to me that's not assorted
Excellent customer service. If you have more than 5 cars in the drive thru ahead of you expect a long wait time.
Unbelievably slow…. One car ahead of me didn’t have a large order go out the window or anything but literally 9 mins waiting behind them and another 2 mins waiting for my own order which was just a single coffee. Do yourself a favour and brew your own coffee at home instead.
One of the smallest store I saw ,it was on my road trip way,they were so nice people, I liked they're serving
Worst Timmies in Ontario.Two drive thru windows, but only 1 in use for over 3 years. ALWAYS a line of cars, usually 10 or more. They always "run out" of chicken, which is just code for too lazy too cook it.Total drive thru time is usually about 10min just to reach the speaker, to find out they "ran out" of anything I'm trying to order, breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, roasted chicken wraps... Basically if you want more than plain coffee and a donut, or don't want to wait in a drivethru for over 15min, than DONT GO TO THIS TIMMIES.When they hire staff who care about their jobs, and open the second drive thru, I will consider re-reviewing and changing my comments, as for now, this is all 100% the TRURH
Ice machine was broken on the first warm weekend of the year. No ice caps, ice tea, ice coffee available.
Long wait times. Even in off or slow hours. Toasted does not mean burntAnd warm food isnt supposed cold..
No selection of regular everyday muffins. Normal service experience
