I just went in to give Tim Hortons another go after seeing ads for a new sandwich.The EXTREMELY rude lady at the counter reminded me why I don't go to Tim's. She was rude to me and her co-workers and should not be working with the public.I live less than a km away and I will not return to this location.EDIT: Just tried again. Same lady, still super rude to me. I was extremely polite to her and she is awful.
This Timmy's is like all Timmy's. Good coffee, good Donuts. good service......
Great, friendly staff and quick service at all the Tim Hortons in orillia.
It was busy.. so I opted to go inside. 3 people in front of me. 18 minutes I waited to order while my till person left to fulfill orders. The second till continued taking orders. My till person finished up with the previous order and left to help window. Leaving me standing there wondering if I was being ignored. She eventually came back and asked to take my order. No sorry about the wait no sorry I didn't see you. Not the greatest experience.. I used to come here in highschool and it was great. The last few times its been really lackluster on experience. Hopefully others have a better experience. I'll purposely go to another Timmy's in town after the last few experiences from this location :(
I have to say this is one of the best Tim Hortons I have visited in Canada. Hard working and kind staff, you don't see this often. Constantly cleaning and sanitizing. A big impression- One of the best staff and management team. I had a good time here :) Strongly recommended!

Don't be nice and walk in to order 4 sandwiches!!! on a sat nov 27th at 1pm we where nice and went inside to order so we weren't rude and clogged up the drive thru. When the sandwich maker threw and smashed our sandwiches of the counter as she called out our order. Totally rude
The drive-through is ok. It is not worth it to go inside. Staff have, on more than one occasion, ignored all in-store customers to the point that the whole line has walked out for lack of service for over 10 minutes.
Went with a friend which was lovely. Was forced By their protocols to go in a non automatic door which is very difficult in a wheelchair. The exit was automated however.The hot chocolate was disgusting. 1st time I've had hot chocolate in years and it is not at all like I remember.. Yuck. Will not ever go back for A hot chocolate again.
