Every time I go here the bagel is always burnt even when I ask for it to be lightly toasted. I don’t even know what to ask for anymore because it’s always a disappointment ?
Met for lunch with dear family member - halfway between our homes at this Tim Hortons on Memorial Ave in Orillia. Ordered small Cream of Broccoli soup, with 1/2 bun, and medium London Fog.Sadly, latte machine was down.Tried a French Vanilla instead.Missed my London Fog, but lunch was good, conversation (and company too) was great.Clean store and very nice staff.
After waiting in line I tried to use my Tim's rewards for two can dine for 8.99 and when it didn't work the manager told me it was because I had ordered large coffees and it was only medium to get the deal.Nowhere on the app does it say the size has to be medium only to get the deal.Charged full price didn't get the deal.Ridiculous management.Lady that took my order was polite but not the manager.
Meh'....it's a Timmy's so I shouldn't expect a lot. What pssd me off today though was when I ordered a sammich for lunch and a small TimBits, the gweege was fine but check out the Beiber balls. That was pretty effen sneaky. The moral of the story, Check your order before driving away,
Usually better coffee in the mornings. Staff is always friendly no matter the time if day.
This location is clean. The staff are courteous & efficient. Bathrooms are clean.
Just love their tea. It's the best
