Brutal. I got served 2 warm dark roast coffees. Forgot my other order and got my timbit order wrong twice. Coffee should be hot!! Don't bother going to this location...waste of time and money!!
this location has many covid-19 positive employees still attending their shifts. As of today Friday March 25, 2022, I have contacted the Ontario Ministry Of Health. If you don't want to get sick do not go to this tim hortons location 265 atherly rd. They are not following any guide lines set in place by the Ontario Ministry Of Health.
Tim's is always Tim's. Courteous, friendly staff. Clean washrooms.

Today sadly was a longer than normal wait in the drive-thru.12:32pm in line, 12:54pm received order and out.(Order was 2 apple fritters, one hot chocolate, and one London Fog.)Person in front of me arrived at the window and their order took 12 minutes. Not sure what the issue was, but when I finally arrived at the window, the server (assistant manager her tag said) looked frazzled. Told her to take a deep breath, that she was doing great, that she's kindly getting me food and that it was appreciated.As a soapbox moment...C'mon people, can't treat people like slaves/servants...they're doing YOU a favour. Think of one simple thing when you pull up to that window...Be Kind.
Hi, sorry but there is something wrong with the flavour of your iced caps... I have had about 4 of them now and they taste like peanuts really bad.... so bad. they taste terrible.... but when I go to any other Tim Hortons they taste good... please reply back
The people there are not very friendly. They are fast when you get to order.
Friendly and efficient service from Chelsea, very pleased with this location.
Took way to long to order and our drinks sat for 10 min on the counter before they gave them to us. We did not order any food.
