Disappointed tonight. Normally I use this location and they are great. Went in tonight @ 635pm and there were two working behind the counter. I was behind one person in line whom hadn’t been served yet, another young lady was humming and hawing what to have on her sub as the employee waited. Then the person in front of me was being served. The young lady ahead of him was served and paid for her sub, then ordered more subs and the employee allowed this instead of following the people in line. By this point it was almost 650pm, I walked out of the store without ordering.The employees should have some common sense
This is by far the best managed Subway I've ever frequented. The owners are always so kind and personable. You never see them get flustered when it gets busy. The male owner gives my son an extra cookie every time and makes sure to chat with him. It's a pleasure to go there and as a result, is the only fast food restaurant where I give a tip. They deserve it!
I have honestly never been to a nicer subway. They care about your sandwich, they give you the perfect amount of meat, veggie and sauce. I have never had a subway sandwich made better, ever. It’s not just good for Orillia it’s good for subway. Come here, skip the other subways in Orillia, come here!

This is one of the best Subways I've been to. I wish I remembered the servers name because she always gives great service, everytime. She is very friendly and always aims to please.
Decent job putting together my sandwich
We ordered our sandwiches and was made quickly. We got everything we wanted on them. The sandwiches were very good.
Excellent quick service.
The employee's were flustered even when there were only 2 people in the restaurant. They mixed up toppings and forgot to cut all of our subs. Then when ringing us through refused to let me buy a bottle of Iced tea because she "couldn't get it to work".
It was good.
