The people who work at this location are so so so sweet!only 4 stars because i find the drive thru timing a bit on the longer wait side… although it is starbs so probably from all the custom drinks!
I truly love this location on Atherley! Great service and wonderful staff. In particular, the barista Megan or Meghan (not too sure on spelling) is a sweetheart. She was kind enough to suggest a drink when I asked about the new ones they were offering when I was indecisive and then she made my entire day with her kindness during our short conversation while drink was being made. She is the epitome of true customer service and engagement. ( plus the drink was Amazing, def the caffeine kick I needed).
Staff was awesome. Never used the app before the manager explained it and helped me set it up.
The staff is AMAZING and kind. One time I was short some change (I can’t remember how much) so I couldn’t get my mom a drink so the barista bought her a drink because she felt bad for us. They are very accommodating for everyone. An example of this is most of the staff ether take down their mask or know American Sign Language (I’m Hard of Hearing). Thank you for making a difference
More foam than coffee in extra large size cups, orders wrong even after repeating it 3 times face to face with server. Perhaps it’s because training isn’t finished yet. Staff should be trained to LISTEN carefully and not be overwhelmed when there are more than 3 orders.
Staff are always so inviting! They provide a warm, friendly atmosphere for anyone walking in
They got both walk in & drive thru. Only thing is they didn't have any sandwiches in stock or they don't sell at that location yet. Which I ended up buying a coffee cake & blueberry muffin, also a drink. Thanks again, great service.

By far the best experience I’ve had I was served by Meagan and I must say by far the most friendly and super awesome service from her ever definitely keep her around 10/10 service keep it up
Need to ensure menu items are available, but otherwise the beverages they create are pure crack in a cup. (This means amazing) and the staff is incredibly kind to newbies ^_^
