Love this particular Starbucks on Hwy 11 northbound, it is clean, well maintained, friendly staff.
Happy to have a Starbucks Reserve location in Simcoe area! Tried the Reserve coffee, it was good, service was friendly and efficient. The only downside is unable to redeem Starbucks points here because it is an independent location. Large parking lot can accommodate tour busses.
Conveniently located Starbucks! Great breakfast menu and super friendly staff. I was really glad to find a Starbucks on my way to Algonquin provincial park. There is a backyard with patio and its a great spot for photos as well.
Not great. My Nitro sweet cream cold brew was mediocre, it tasted like the milk was a little sour. My wife's vanilla latte tasted dreadful, like the milk was scalded. I choked down the cold brew. We dumped the latte. If we hadn't already been on the highway we would have demanded our money back. It's a beautiful spot, pet friendly, great deck. But if you are just looking for a coffee for the road, i would go to Tim Hortons up the road. I prefer Starbucks, but this location seems to be doing a bad job.
I’ve been to this location a lot and I know that they charge more because they are an independent Starbucks but yesterday I ordered just a cold brew which at any other location would cost $4.80 they charge me $7.29. I had been to this location not even a week before this and bought a bagel and the same drink and was charged $8.71. The time before that at this location I ordered 2 cookies and two cold brews and only paid $12.26. I showed the girls at the cash and they argued with me that their pricing is different then other locations (which I already knew) but that’s doesn’t make any sense. Would love if someone could explain this to me cause the math doesn’t make any sense.
Gorgeous location, beautiful outdoor patio. Staff was really kind. Only thing is they didn't spell my name right after I spelled it for them haha makes it entertaining so I enjoyed the chuckle. Overall great location and great experience! Spotless location as well. Cool train car like structures outside, maybe sitting area not sure but said starbucks on it lol
I have gone to this Starbucks twice now and they were closed early. Both times were on a Friday. If you looked at the hours, it says it closes at 8. The first time I went at 7:30. Closed. I thought maybe they weren’t getting any business, so left early. I let it slide. Today I went at 6:45 and closed again. I am MAD. Starbucks needs to change their hours.
Great spot to grab a coffee before the burger rush descends! Also grabbed a cookie which they offered to heat up in the oven. Made it at least ten times better. Plus, who doesn't like gooey chocolate chunks?
Such a nice place. Love the surroundings. Falls colour view . The chai was the best for the chai lovers
Definitely the worst Starbucks on earth, stopped here to get a coffee and use the washroom but they're still trying to use covid as an excuse so they don't have to clean and open the bathrooms which is the whole reason most people stop here anyway. The cherry on top they charge almost $1 more for a pike roast coffee here and the coffee I received was luke warm with grinds floating in it. The business owner needs a slap in the face, staff also needs to be trained.
