I've been to this location twice and both experiences were terrible. The first time was about a year ago. My partner and I ordered a pound of wings each. One of her wings tasted like fish, which we thought was strange, but dismissed it because the other wings were ok. It wasn't a bad fish taste, more like a fish stick..Still not right though.When I got down to my last few wings, I noticed that one had a very long black hair wrapped around it and deep fried into it. It was absolutely disgusting. The server asked if we wanted more wings...Umm no thank you. In the end, we didn't have to pay for the meal, which the only good part of this experience.Yesterday, we decided we wanted to try the all you can eat boneless wings special...What a mistake that was! We ordered 15 wings each and about 3 mins later our food was at the table. I've heard of quick service, but this did not make sense. It makes you wonder if the food was just sitting there and just warmed up. The wings were terrible. They were not tossed in sauce (we did order saucy wings) There was a little bit of sauce sitting at the bottom of the basket soaking into our fries and making them a soggy mess. I had to scrape the bottom of the basket in order to 'dip' my wings in the little sauce that they should have been tossed in. The wings themselves were extremely over done and half of them were unedible because they were all gristle. We left a pile of discarded wings on one the the side plates because they were full of gristle and were never asked about it. We were extremely disappointed, but instead of complaining we just decided that we would never come back to this location.
i have not been out much since the pandemic wife i went to Costco (Orillia) at the last minute went to St louis bar and grill.... just like to state a couple factsif you think these ribs are slow cooked B.S, steamed with bad BBQ Sause the chickens wings are even worse I have had good ribs and wings and this is about as bad as it gets, if you don't believe this ,check it out your self.. I paid my bill and tipped my (fantastic) waitress , i will never return !!!!!
The service was great considering there was only 2 people working the floor, and it was a full house. We both had wings and they were crisp and juicy. The poutine left something to be desired. Good curds but the fries don't work well in a bath of gravy.
The prices are quite fair for the food you get nothing super fancy. The French fries are awesome and so are the chicken and waffles. The service was also quite good.The only real problem I had was the temperature of the restaurant. The door opens frequently and if your not wearing the right clothing it gets very cold.Overall I would go again.

I placed an order for pickup online and the email confirmation stated my order would be ready by 7:38pm. I was 10mins late and no one was at the front door greeting, so I went up to the bar to pay, I wasn’t even acknowledged for probably 5 mins, then with no personality a server came over cashed me out quickly at 7:48pm and did not say another word to me until I finally had to ask if my order was ready, she stated they’re just packing it up, yet another 10 mins goes by... I finally had my order in hand at 8:09pm!Absolutely pathetic! 2 servers on for like 4 tables of 2 and then a party of 10 and they were running around acting so busy! If the servers can’t handle such a small volume of people and are too busy to acknowledge a new person coming in! That’s pathetic, and maybe St. Louis should consider getting better staff! LolI’ll NEVER BE BACK!I don’t want anything in return, I just will never be back there!32 mins past my pickup time! No excuse! Pathetic!!
Food was typical bar food nothing special but the service was amazing. Friendly staff always there when needed. I would recommend this spot if your looking for spot to have a beer and be around good people. In the summer they set up a nice outdoor bar that is definitely a great hangout.
Outstanding General Tao wings, amazing crisp and golden fries, huge Fish Tacos and crunchy onion wings. Great service too.
It's a chain type sports bar / restaurant. If that's what you are looking for then this places is great.
Just sat there for an hour asked where our order was (bowl of soup and an order of chicken wings). The girl said she will check. The girl that took our order came back and wanted to take our order again REALLY!!!! On top of that the waitress was rude and said I yelled at her staff???? I never raised my voice!! Never will be back again!!
