Kutos to the couple who own this fabulous restaurant. High 5 to the lovely woman who single handedly runs the business. She is there every day doing multiple tasks at once. Amazing experience every time I go. Karen deserves praise for what she has endured over the last 2 years and shame on you neigh sayers who obviously have nothing better to do than slame one of the most hard working people I know. How about praise someone who is exhausted and still showing up every day to make fabulous food.
Just got my order! Not even half a bowl. Perhaps enough food for a small child! Never againDoes the delivery service I used make a difference in the portion size?
We happened to try these guys out, simply because everyone else was closed. First time customers. WOW, I'm so glad we did!! The owner was so awesome, his suggestions and skill were on point. The quality of the burritos and quesadillas we got were incredible and there was so many options for toppings and sauces. This will be our new weekend restaurant stop, highly recommended!
Really happy we stopped here. Food was great, customer service was amazing. Enjoyed our entire experience and we will be back. Todd Sir, you're a gentleman and a scholar. All of your devotion will pay off.
I just saw a disgusting video posted on Instagram trending page of a vile employee saying "do you think teenagers are worth 15$ an hour". i did some more research and from all the previous 1 star reviews this wasn't an employee but the owner and low and behold her name is Karen. Reading further I saw a reply form the owner which the video i saw contradicts everything they said to a previous review by "SM". Avoid
understaffed, dont go during lunch you you will be waiting forever. The "Karen" behind the counter said this in front of customers "noone wants to work anymore". i asked what do they pay she said " minimum wage" when i told her her competitors on the same street which include McDonalds, StarBucks, Burger King and Mary browns are all hiring and offering 2$ an hour more she shrewdly replied " Do you think teenagers are worth more than minimum wage?!". I was disgusted, she gave off slave owner vibes. I used to eat there 1/2 times a week since my work is so close. never again. also cops like to eat there an immediate customers.
Great burritos but by the time you deal with the miserable owner your going to want to throw your food across the parking lot in rage. I’m very patient and tried 5 times with the same result each time. Will not be back.
This was our first time trying this place. These burritos here were small and had very little flavour in comparison to other burrito places we have eaten at. For example they only have one plain rice option and the vegetarian option was underwhelming. We ordered a side of their street corn, all I can say is, never again, and it’s not worth the money. I was expecting it to be pre-made, instead it was just the plain boiled corn you would get on your burrito mixed with sour cream sauce, with cilantro and cheese. So because it was made right there the water from the corn ruins the entire dish, it was so watery the sauce doesn’t stick to the corn. Also they only fill up the container half way so it really was a complete bust.
Karen and Todd the Owners are awesome! Food is always fresh and tastes delicious! Even with a broken foot Karen is still behind the counter giving exceptional customer service!
The best service I have had in such a long time. Highly recommend coming here whenever your in Orilla!!
