We ordered a med Canadian pizza wing box with onion rings and 2 orders on poppers .. the pizza came cold and the 2 sides in wing box were onion rings that were soo undercooked that the batter stuck to your fingers.. you would think that they would have some sense of cooked and undercooked..I will never order from that store again and will tell people to go somewhere eles ..
One employee they could tell all the other employees were frustrated with and wasn’t doing anything. Made the order improperly and made extreme wait time. Not a trainee either. His name is Ken. I asked another employee for his name. Put wings in 10 mins after everything ekes was ready. Stood around did nothing. Another however was a champ. She and another girl were rocking it even without him. Her name was Santana. Wicked employee.
employee was not in uniform. he was wearing flip flops and did not wash his hands after touching numerous parts of his body. this does not make me want to order food from Pizza Pizza.

I ordered 3 pizzas, onion rings and sweet potato fries using their website for a pickup order. One of the pizzas was gluten free and the other was completely vegan so the custom order was complicated. They got everything perfect. The vegan pizza was wonderful. Their dairy-free cheese, beyond meat chorizo and plant based pepperoni toppings were delicious. I've visited pizza pizza in many different locations in Ontario and this spot is recommendable. ??
Wish I could give more stars! Amazing food! And great delivery! The delivery guy is very nice and friendly! Always gets here on time! And the food is always very hot and fresh! Highly recommend this location! Great job! Keep up the great work!

Completely incompetent!! Waited for service then didn’t get what I ordered after I got all the way home!! Never going there again and warning everyone in town about this horrible place.I’ve tried to reach out as per your reply but of course it’s impossible. If you’re going to offer a resolution then please give proper instructions on how to reach you! Or maybe that was the point?
Feather in our wings. After 40 minutes on hold and being transferred multiple times they refused a refund for the order and said a credit for the wings alone was enough.
