Ordered 2 large pizzas with regular crust. Both pizzas arrived with thin crust and were overcooked. I called customer service, sent them pictures and a copy of my receipt and they agreed the pizza was not right. They had the store make 2 new pizzas, both of which arrived with THIN CRUST and OVERCOOKED. Very disappointing, we'll never order from pizza nova again.
My favourite pizza. Always hot and delicious. Owners are great...always serve with a smile and friendly courteous service . They make you feel like family and value your patronage. Most other pizza places don't give out that kind of attention. Top notch !
I love this pizza! I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant other than the delivery we had today. Despite everyone’s feelings on masks etc I have my own right to wear mine if I so choose especially when answering my own door. To have a delivery man question the fact of why I’m wearing my mask is highly inappropriate and not to mention this is the first delivery person I’ve had in 2 years to come to my door not wearing one.It actually deters me from wanting to eat my pizza
This will be the absolute last time we order from pizza Nova Orillia, which is so upsetting as we used to love the pizza there, but this is the second time it was absolutely horrible. It is not cooked the way we want, it is cut in the strangest way (1 slice will be a sliver, then the next will be as big as 2 slices together) chicken wings came with zero sauce. I am not one to write reviews, or complain about pizza, because pizza is amazing, and honestly we used to absolutely love their pizza but whatever has been happening there lately needs to stop because now I am completely turned off from this location and will not be ordering again. Please get back to how you used to be.

First time ordering here. It was ready on time for pick up and the pizza was prepared and cooked perfectly. The dough was just crispy enough and the toppings were fresh.
