We order with the self serve kiosk. Got our receipt and number. Went to the counter and waited for our order. Was impressed how quickly and smoothly the whole process was. Tried the Grand Big Mac and yes it was way bigger than the regular Big Mac delish ?
Genuinely the best McDonald’s experience of my life. Waltzed in with the gang fitted in dapper attire from our screening of Minions: The Rise of Gru and the lovely employees took photos with us and went out of their way to send us the photos. Afterwards, they provided us with dope minion packages and overall overwhelmingly positive hospitality. I don’t know if anyone reads these reviews but I hope the people from last night know how much better they made an already amazing night :D
The manager was really good. She was keeping everything organized. Food was correct and decently cooked. Only flaw was they put too much sauce on the burgers.
We waited about 15 minutes..person behind me asked us have they served You?..I looked back then only I saw about 8 ti 10 customers standing behind us. The gentleman behind me screamed and said "hay is anybody serving here" then only one out of 6 employees showed to the counter. We thanked the customer for giving the attention. I am from Markham visiting Orillia. Very disappointing. I have the McDonald's app...but this is fist location did not have any response to customers. Hope someone will look into this. Otherwise I will publish it.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I’m very frustrated. Advertised as 24 hours but I have came late at night and been told they only have coffee and muffins. Tonight I waited in a 30 minute drive through line to be told they only take cash after 11pm, I didn't have cash on me and felt bad for anyone in the line that had doubled since I had been waiting that also didn’t have cash and was waiting for nothing. Overall unsatisfied.
This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's or in a drive thru. It took 25 minutes to get chicken mcnuggets and a happy meal. I could see staff through the pay window passing by eating and drinking. At least 3!! Were they all on break at the same time? 9 o'clock at night and sooooo slow. To top if off my chicken nuggets were dark brown, over cooked, dried out and cold!!! How long were they sitting there! I wanted to take a picture but I was already back on the hwy driving. Absolutely horrible.
I hate to have to do this, but fear if people don't speak up nothing will change. It took 25 minutes to get 3 Mcflurries (actually timed it). When we received them they were barely half full. I don't claim to know who or what is the culprit, whether it is poor management or poor staffing but it will certain affect my business.
Polite friendly service from some of the staff however all staff members should review an old McDonald's policy from back in the day "Warm friendly service with a smile " and the customer is always right rule some of these employees seem miserable That's not the customers fault, eventhough the customer may not always be right but you are there to provide a service the least you can do is greet the customers in a polite and positive manner and from personal experience I can tell you your day will go by so much smoother 30 years ago I was there I your shoes and everyday was a new challenge and making sure the customer had a great experience while being served by me was my priority and when the customer was happy and satisfied with the food and service it made my day thanks for taking the time to read this hopefully this will help some employees.Yours truly former employee
Every time we order from here the order is ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING. GETTING TIRED OF HAVING TO GO BACK AFTER I HAVE LEFT TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Not to mention the fries are only salted about half the time, hit or miss.
The staff at the drive through were friendly, helpful and quick. Our order was correct with condiments & napkins included without asking. Last minute requests were easily accommodated.
