Kiosk machines don’t Work right and waiting for the order was slow
There is a lady that works the night shift who is very rude. She snaps easy. She rages when she has to repeat herself. It should be obvious by now its often hard to hear people clearly when they have their mask on.
Drive thru takes awhile, especially during peak times (ie. breakfast, lunch, supper). If you keep your 'patience cap' on, you'll be lucky enough to meet some great staff members and have a pretty good meal to go.
Wanna give negative 5 but can't. Went to get coffee she said technical issue, ok I understand I have cash and just want coffee. She said no. Then somebody else came in in front of me and she said same thing to him. He said just want coffee and she gave it to him. I have never seen this rude manager. If she doesn't like her job she should just quit. It's good thing I know how to control myself.
Staff are friendly but there is not enough of them at any given time. The drive through is very slow compared to other restaurants. Fries not fresh.
Disgusting service and staff
Probably the worst mistake i made in my life was coming here.... and im a single dad of 3 kids with 2 different women...
ever stand in line with other customers and watch people get served around you for ten minutes straight despite you being next and none of the employees ever address you so you just leave
Don’t ever expect to get what you order. Missing sauces, missing ketchup, missing everything. Even when you ask them to double check they say “yup it’s in there” and it isn’t. This has been an ongoing thing and yup I’m a fool to keep returning. Go to another McDonald's if you want accuracy. Come to this McDonald’s if you’re hungry and desperate and just need to eat.
Went there Sunday afternoon the lady on duty was Rebecca so friendly omg and not her original store think she was helping out just thank u to u Rebecca for your wowed service
