What the heck is going on for it to take 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. I work up the street and this happens almost every single time. It’s crazy
i called to put in an order for delivery cause there website said they deliver, called them multiple times and every time they hung up. finally got through and when u asked if they delivered, the girl gave an additude and tried to explain to me how they don’t do it like a little kid☹️
For a fast food place there drive though is so slow i waited 15min left and went to burger king. very sad managment
Went through drive through. Ordered. Paid. Told to wait as order would take a while. Waited 15 minutes. Went in and told them at counter. Received eyeball roll and dead stare over mask. The kid went to another person. I got the same dead stare over her mask as well. She made up my order. Went to give it to me only to have messed up that order putting bacon on it. She flung the order on the counter and made correct order. Another stare over her mask. Plunked order in my hand with no apology. Told her I wouldn't bother asking for her manager as obviously morale at this location sucked and it would be a waste of time.
Never usually eat at McDonald’s except for an occasional breakfast sandwich and now I know why! We ordered the BigMac and Quarter poundCombo’s … fries were barely warm, the meat on both burgers was burnt on one side and the beef Pattie’s were so thin and tasteless. The patty meat wasn’t much thicker than the cheese slice that came on the burgers. Seemed like mostly eating bun and not much else. Sure glad we didn’t pay full price for our meals as it was 2 can dine deal. Will probably never eat there again. McDonald’s sure has made changes to the size and quality of their food and not for the better!
We pulled into the lineup for drive-thru, sat 10 minutes, person in front of us hasnt been served yet, we pull out of lineup and park, go in, but a sign on the door stating power outage., but no indication of power outage when we pulled into drive thru. When we were leaving, I noticed staff standing by a bus stop in front of McDonald's, they could clearly see us lining up for food, yet said nothing . We drove to the other location and found they also had no power and no staff, but there was a blockade in front of drive-thru to let drivers know. Wasn't a happy camper.
Clean and convenient location. Typical McDonalds. Stopped in for breakfast, McMuffin's were good and made fresh, no standing. Ample parking and a drive-thru. Minutes from the downtown area and the highway.
They need to service their cola machine as it’s been out of service for orange fruitopia for about 2 months now ?♀️ And for some reason this location also does not serve root beer. They are a franchise and should be up to the franchises menu options, I have to drive father to the other location because of this reason. Please fit this!
The drive thru at this McDonald location is horrendous. I've never been to a location this slow but the staff are very friendly. They just need to work on their efficiency with orders.
