Very poor customer service. Ordered popcorn chicken combo and received 10 little popcorn pieces, when at other KFC franchises you receive a pile. They also don't provide a receipt so when I went to check what I was charged I didn't have one
I don't normally make reviews but I was absolutely disgusted by the womens washroom, toilets not clean, floor was sticky and black it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The dining room was dirty, tables were not cleaned. Some of the food was overcooked and salty and the rest was flavorless. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. ?
Washrooms were so dirty and smelly the whole store front was filthy. I was afraid to eat at the restaurant. When i mentioned it to employee he put his hand up to say go. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Staff are friendly. Food was usual kfc quality. Cleanliness is subpar, general maintenance of the restaurant is lacking. Floors were very sticky.
It isn’t the first time I have ordered through the app and arrived for my order to not be ready. It takes 20 mins for your order to be ready yet you go there and have to wait another 20. This time I walked in, waited 10 minutes of not even being acknowledged by the worked yet she saw me. I ended up leaving and went to the speaker box to cancel my order. Again waited a few minutes of no one answering. I left and called them. The lady couldn’t understand me after telling her 3x and said it had to be done through the app. I then called the 1800 number and had them say they will issue a refund. After this horrible experience and the ongoing bad experiences I have had with this restaurant. I recommend avoiding this place if you can! Go somewhere where they actually care about their customers
I ordered online and didn’t get my order. When I called in, I was told it would be delivered in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and they finally delivered after 2 hours. I was then told by the delivery guy not to order from them again as it takes away from their time when they are not able to deliver my food. It was the 2nd time it happened. I have a doorbell camera and no one showed up even though they said they already delivered it. So even though it was their fault, instead they of apologizing for the mistake (humans make mistakes)I was told not to order from them again. Thank you KFC - Orillia for your excellent service.
Tried the 10 buck 2 sandwich deal great valueOnly problem is when you order with the app it's never ready when the app tells youAlways a 10 to 20 min wait after you show up and it's any KFC store
got KFC one last time on West st and Fittons in orillia before writing it off and let me tell you...what a waste of money!! soggy, no skin, half pieces and the bottom of the bucket was covered in grease or oil and the customer service was horrible too... made great dog food though. Never again will I buy KFC. Mary Brown's all the way!!
Terrible service. The worst quality of food I've eaten ever. The staff behind the counter try to confuse you about fry sizes. I heard we don't have that more than I can count. Never going back again and will tell everyone e I know never to go to KFC!!!!
I never usually make these reviews because I know how stressful working in the food industry is. The experience I had here was ridiculous! Took about 20 to 25 minutes from the start of getting into the restaurant, ordering my food, and waiting for them give it to me. Mind you there was only 2 people infront of me. All the workers were chatting and laughing while making the orders and giving them out, which seemed to make the process go much slower. Multiple drop in delivery people kept getting served first even though we arrived before them. Not a good experience...
