Staff has gone down hill, service is terrible... We waited 15 minutes for a drink order and the place was literally empty.Only a 2 star because the food was fairly good. We won't rush back.
Kevin was our server. Very nice and efficient. Not impressed with the nachos. Not enough meat and the meat that there was, was just clumped in spots like they threw it together. Potato skins were good and so was the Caesar salad.
Food was great! Crystal out waitress was very friendly and very attentive. Will definitely go back again.
Hello everyone! I with my family have got a perfect lunch time on July,1 ! It was a spontaneous decision to visit some grill bar in Orillia. We were very surprised, when some places was opened and our happiness was boundless when we got a place on the terrace, our order was taken immediately and the waiting time was minimal! Aretizers were excellent! Dishes that we ordered too. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for your hospitality! We really liked the town!
Stopped at Kelseys today, we got the 4 cheese spinach dip for a starter. My wife had the Chicken Quesadilla with mashed potatoes and gravy. I had the BBQ Bourbon Burger with fries, and a kick it up pint of draught Budweiser. My son had the kids chicken finger and fries with a chocolate milk. It was delicious as ALWAYS. We wholeheartedly enjoyed it! We respected the server who was training someone with her, she did an excellent job serving and teaching. We left a generous tip, and we’ll see you next time!! A+
service is a bit slower than most chain restaurants but the food rarely comes out with any problems. staff is friendly and cheerful. would recommend 100%
went out for lunch with my husband . the food i had was terrible !!! the pitas for spinach dip was soooo over cooked u coulnt bite into them and i ordered the steak fahittas and they were cold and not cooked through! the fries were over cooked! the onion rings were over cooked!I have never left a restauant hungry!Will likely never go back!!! tterrible lunch experience
We got there right at 11.00am opening time. The food was so hot and very delicious. We all loved our meals. Our waitress was awesome. She even played with the baby and had a fun time with her. She really went beyond her job. Your very lucky to have her.I thanked her for her beautiful service and kindness.
Excellent service from Shannon. Food ordered was good. Couple of items could have been a touch hotter, but in all we had a very nice meal. Shannon was an excellent server.
I took my Father for dinner tonight he had ribs and I had their new chicken Fajitas. The ribs were cooked perfect full of flavour and very little grease. The Fajitas were amazing loved the roasted red peppers in it to. They lack on lettuce and cheese for them but over all I certainly recommend the Fajitas. Service was great however wait was a little long at times for refills. I rate 4.5 out of 5
