I do not recommend this restaurant. For dinner I had to add my own sauce to my bacon carbonara (that has Alfredo sauce? These are two different sauces though that’s not fault of the employees that’s head office) at home because there was not enough sauce (and the little bit of sauce on it tasted like no “Alfredo” I’ve ever had before). The spaghetti ordered still had white noodles with no bolognese on them, so sauce also had to be added to that pasta dish, and the calzone was a quarter of the size of the box it came in. Not sure with the other food that was ordered how it tasted.The portion sizes have gone down while the prices have gone up, maybe for sit in it is still worth it with the unlimited soup and salad, but it’s not worth it for take away, and honestly it’s just not worth the price in general. Go across to Theos Eatery for decent pasta!
Very good food with generous portion sizes. The servers are always super friendly, and the restaurant is quite clean as well. I heard they got a pretty good score on their SteriTech audit, so they must be doing something right ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
On a cold day without power the soup was hot and just right to warm up. The meal and service were excellent.

Was asked for passport. I said I dont have it and asked if they are in full support as not all businesses are. First thing out of fro t house waitresses mouth is I'm not having this argument. I kindly said wasnt looking for one just asked and I thanked her for her time. Good luck
We decided to go to Eastside Mario’s in Orillia. I checked online what time they are open to on Wednesdays which stated 9 pm. We arrived a few minutes after 8 pm to find the doors locked and a sign on the door indicating that they close at 8 pm. I went into the take out area and spoke with an employee. I said they should change their website. I was informed that they had already alerted the management to the discrepancy. Obviously the employees are frustrated and we were very disappointed. Their loss. We ended up at Montana’s.
Had a wonderful meal here, with two kids in tow and a 5 1/2 hour drive we were all ready to have something to eat. We were sat promptly and our server Sara(h) was above and beyond exceptional! I had told her we were on a time crunch as I wanted to arrive home before dark, service was quick and efficient and the food was wonderful and hot! I have stopped here many times on my long journeys to visit family and am never disappointed! Way to go to all the wonderful staff, but a most sincere thank you for the speedy and friendly service today! Cheers!
Quite frankly both Gordon Ramsay and John Taffer would have had a heart attack!It started with our waiter being confused and almost refused to serve a soup (main course) with a salad (starter). The soup was the first thing to come to the table and that was a main dish for one person of my party of 4, while the other 3 of us waited 45 minutes to get a communal bowl of garden salad (a starter). The garden salad had barely any dressing and was dry as a sand storm in an Egyptian desert.When main dishes arrived one of the pasta dishes had meat even though it was very explicitly stated it was spaghetti with tomato sauce (yes this was served to a vegetarian). My spaghetti was correct but there was a piece of fettuccine in the pasta, which struck me as rather strange.I paid $94.16 but to be honest I would have gotten better service at a soup kitchen.As I was on my way out I noticed a table being cleared and a female blonde waitress picked up a cheese grater and sprayed it with sanitizer. This was pretty bloody disgusting considering it still had cheese in it.Pathetic, the lack of organization and pure carelessness in one place.
We had an amazing dining experience, we were with people who had dietary restrictions and our server Katie was amazing. She did not rush us, and was able to accommodate our requests and was so kind. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews we had a great dining experience. Hot food, quick AND kind service. We would come back if we are in town more often.
