Employees are always nice and exceptionally fast, also I mentioned I seen a hair in my ice cream right away and about 4 came to see instantly. It was in fact just a piece of thin plastic from the spoon tho. Place is clean too! 5 stars
I ordered custom birthday cakes for my twins 5th birthdays this week (rainbow unicorn and super Mario) and they were so well done. Excellent customer service and two very happy children. Thank you!
Very friendly service. Honestly my only negative things to say are that they gave my food to the wrong person. Making me wait past my allotted break time and then with the literal 2 minutes I had to devour everything I realise there was much less food than usual. Pretty unhappy overall (and so is my boss).
Horrible rude service! Girl at the counter scolded me about not ordering peanuts on my Sunday when it came out with none and I asked for some. Very rude! I couldn’t have been nicer about it. She then turned around and ignored me when I asked for a receipt for the additional purchase. Then scolds me further saying she already gave it to me. She did not give me either. It was just ridiculous. Very bad, resentful, rude behaviour. I think it’s under new ownership. Headed to Kawartha dairy from now on.

Absolute best customer experience tonight that we've ever had at Dairy Queen. The staff were all super friendly and went above and beyond. Our son ordered the new fruity dip cone and on his first bite they quickly saw that he didn't love it. He wasn't going to say he didn't like it but they insisted on getting him a cone he would love. We walked away more than completely satisfied. The whole staff were smiling and chatting with us as if we were old friends. It's nice to be treated like people at a fast food restaurant as opposed to a number. This will be our first choice for ice cream moving forward!Thank you!!
Paid 5 dollars each for 2 of the tiniest ice creams I’ve ever seen, one of which was a strawberry cheese cake and it had 3 small pieces of cheese cake in it and that’s all. Then my boyfriend got the royal fudge and had one drop of fudge in the bottom of his cup. Terrible service, do not recommend.
Very cheap with the toppings and portions did not match the pictures in any way. Not worth the $10 for the two scoops of ice cream. Choose a different location if you want the real Dairy Queen experience. Disgusting.
Great service. They were so quick, and professional! Blizzards had the perfect amount of toppings mixed in, perfect DQ experience.
I was told not to go to the Orillia DQ because of their less than par service but I went anyway to give them the benefit of the doubt. Their reviews aren't the best either. After having gone, I will say that I would never return to this location. They are not the friendliest bunch and they charge extra for the littlest of things. We had to wait forever for our order and they didn't even get it right. They need to step it up. To be honest, I'm surprised they are still in business. I would not recommend this location to anyone. You're better off walking into a grocery store and grabbing some Ben & Jerry's or Haag-Dazs. For real.
