I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with steamed veggies and a ceaser salad. When it came I couldn’t believe the size of the Chicken Parmesan. It was the size of a small woman’s clenched fist. All breading and dried out plus the broccoli was cold. Butter would not even melt on it.. I was so disappointed. When I questioned the server about the size of the Parmesan she said to me, “I’m sorry it’s smaller then you expected. We don’t serve big potions of Chicken Parmesan the size of your head like at East Side Mario’s”… Yup… She actually said that. So was she suggesting that I should go there instead? I sent it back to the kitchen and just ordered something else. Manager delivered my secondary meal choice and apologized but damage was done.. So disappointed and will not return. Boston Pizza, you need to train your cooks and servers better..
One of the few places that was still open after a late movie and so glad it was. Service was friendly but a little slow considering there weren’t many tables at that time of night. The bun of my sandwich was a little too toasted and dry but overall food was satisfactory for two hungry bellies.
We were two of a group of 24 friends. Our orders were taken promptly and we got our drinks. Then the food started arriving and everyone (except one) were pleased with the presentation, the taste, and the variety of meals that we received. I had the small Italian pizza and my wife had a baked salmon dish and both of us were very pleased and enjoyed our meals; most people had some to take home. A very good experience, Boston Pizza has not been on our map recently but I am going to make sure we go again soon.
The worst Boston Pizza location we ever been to. Terrible customer service, rude and racist front host. The host offered us a table after over 10 minutes of waiting, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. The table was disgusting and was not cleaned. We had to ask her to clean it four times and she kept insisting it was cleaned. There was visible bread crumbs and drink spills on it.When we asked for a manger, a supervisor shows up with a smirk. When I explained to him what had occurred, he kept nodding with the same smirk, at that time I informed him that we don't feel welcome and thinking to leave, he said with the same smirk sounds good. Completely ignorant. We were a family of six and the experience was the most horrible.I will give them zero star review if available.Never again.Follow up:The restaurant manager called me and I explained to him the incident again, he became defensive then offered me a credit, instead of an apology. I rejected the credit. This explains what kind of employees he has. He made the experience even worse.
Had the Tuesday pasta special. The meat was cool so I asked that the kitchen reheat the dish. Fast, friendly service. Meat pasta was good
Went just after the lunch. rush. Not busy at all. Got quick, efficient and friendly service. Waitress was awesome. Wish I could remember her name. Food was delicious and plentiful.
The pizza was good. Don’t get pasta tho. Very bad sauce. Cheaper to just open your own can of ragu at home lol. The waitress was very nice.
Picked up a large and a small pizza. Almost fell over when they said $67.94 but paid it. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Frozen box pizza would have been better. Gave it 1 star as zero wasn't a choice.
Our server Molly was amazing! She was so lively and fun from start to finish, made great recommendations, and provided refills without us having to ask! We truly felt like we were taken care of and will definitely be back thanks to her.
Had a 3 generational lunch there for dine in and the food, staff and atmosphere was incredible. Both adults got the Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Bake and the flavours were just melt in your mouth. Child got the Bugs and Cheese pasta dish with fries and it was absolutely delicious too!! Shared the Dessert Pizza. It left much to be desired but didn't ruin the experience or anything.Our waitress, Leslie, was friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name but the manager was excellent too.
