I don’t know what has happened to this location over covid. We use to make it a road trip all the time because we loved their curly fries and chicken sandwiches. Now the chicken is disgusting honestly wouldn’t feed it to my animals and the fries are soggy and greasy. So disappointed it what this franchise restaurant has become.
My family stopped for dinner while driving from Ottawa home to Angus back in February. My husband found a massive hair in his fries. I contacted the store with photos, and they replied very quickly apologizing and promising to send coupons for two free meals, but despite confirming my address, the coupons never came, and when I tried to contact the store to follow up, I never received a reply
Staff very accurate and fast, area very clean food yummy
So nice to be dining in again. We missed the staff's friendly faces and positive attitude. Food was hot and ready as you would expect for a fast food restaurant.
Great two for nine mix and match sandwich special. We had beef and cheddar today; however, we had the crispy fish last week, which was also very tasty.
Picking up 2 classic roast beef sandwiches for someone in the hospital during lunch hour.Arrived in the drive thru line up at 12:37pm, 4 cars ahead of me to reach the speaker.Order received and done at 12:53pm. Not bad timing considering the lineup.Service person was very nice. She offered sauce packets; packed the bag with those and extra napkins too.Was an easy and good experience all around.Thanks to the team ??
Friendly and fast service without fail! The food is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is very clean. It's worth the trip!
Fries were good, roast beef is dry make sure to take advantage of the sauces. Wife got cheddar bacon and loved it otherwise this would be a 2
I was presently superised! “Crinkle fries were cooked perfectly and very tasty” Beef and Cheddar always good. I see they have changed their menu and have new food to try.
Bought their 5 for 15 dollar deal paid and we’re then told they had no Arby’s sauce. They should have made us aware before we purchased. What a disappointment a dry roast beef sandwich on an overcooked bun I guess I’ll have to eat elsewhere from now on
