Was cold, fries re cooked and rotten lettuce on my cold burger
Last 2 weeks i went there for breakfast with my husband the breakfast is good but if the person serve is not nice you lost your appetite.i will never recommend my friend to come there in the address.
After to agreeing that due to lack of certain ingredients, my order was going to be modified.This was acceptable.As the bag was handed over to me, I asked the employee to have extra napkins.He said that there were lots of napkins in the bottom of the bag....I assumed under the food.After driving away I looked for the napkins under the food and found NONE, ZERO, NADA napkins.This is NOT acceptable....lying tirds of bass!Points for good food only.
Casino had ridiculous long lines for food. Came here to eat before a concert. It is what it is.
These people went out of their way! Best cooked fries out of all the locations I've been too. Friendly people going above.
Clean and convenient easy in and out burger stop
We have been coming here for quiet some time. The turn around of staff is very quick. We have had some kind customer service and we have had some that is really lacking, the last 6 months has been particularly awful. We ordered last, about a week and a half ago, got home and one of the orders was incorrect. So we had to drive back (15 min each way). Shannon was a touch snooty and lacked customer resolution skills. I asked if it was possible to get a refund and she said only the manager can give refunds and there is no manager in. In that moment I felt I understood the turn around of staff. Over worked and under supported by management. I have never seen a manager in. Only ever a cook and a cashier/server and this location can get really busy. This location also does not seem to support coupons, every other location I have been too from Huntsville to Toronto. Although different customerorders they will only process one coupon.

Asked specificially for no tomato... came with tomato. Asked for seasoning on fries, no seasoning, no cheese on a cheeseburger. Will drive right past and get food elsewhere next time.
Service is a little slow but the food is always good
