Website does not show Orillia as an option.Cannot view menu or prices. Being locally owned and operated, this is very disappointing.
Their panzerotti and the garlic dip tasted delicious. Definitely go there again and again. I don't care about these negative comments. The staffs are great and friendly and the delivery man is so nice.
The owner is wonderful. I ordered 2nd pizza wrong, and they gave me the pizza I wanted to order. Very kind. Pizza delious. Great value for money!

Ordered them a bunch in orillia the last year. They have gone downhill. Could talk about the lack of cheese on the pizza even though I paid extra for cheese on both pizzas the first time I decided to ask for cheese on the wedges. They came undercooked and the cheese was stuck to the wax paper that falls apart. What a waste. Lesson learned.Tried them again. Officially done. Won't be back due to Lack of toppings and undercooked donuts mixed with the issues last time this will be my last order.

I love 241 I always ordered from there but lately it's gone down hillI ordered pizza at 445pm and I called at 525 to see where abouts it was so I could wait downstairs for it so the driver didn't have to come up they said it was already on route so I went down and waited 30 mins and called back the lady who answered was very rude and wouldn't.give me a answer on where my order was all she said was the driver took another delivery with mine and then just kept talking to someone else in the back ground I waited linger and still nothing so finally just called and canceled it
We arrived from Toronto and ordered a large 3 topping pizza for take out. After the pizza was ready, i realized a small mistake was made. An older gentleman with glasses (presumably the manager) immediatelyapologized and offered to make me another pizza. I asked for a small one instead. He gave me 2 cans of pop and apologized sincerely for the wait. I was very impressed with this great customer service. Its very rare ti see such great service. I will definetely return everytime i am in Orillia. 5 star service?????
