Edit from 2 to 4 stars:The managers were quick to make everything right.They asked I come back for a new order so I returned the following day. They offered more than my meal I’m return which showed how much they care.Old 2 star review:Order was completely wrong. Even after confirming with the staff. They also left out toppings I paid for. Feels done on purpose there’s no way an order could be this far off. :(
I ordered 2 orders of 5 piece chicken nuggets and received 2 orders both with 4 nuggets. What a rip off. I also noticed that they shorted me 1 chicken strip on my own order as well. I don’t know what they used to count but they ripped me off. Just horrible!
Absolutely disgusting, ordered an apple pecan salad and did not get what I expected. The woman at the speaker made me wait for multiple minutes, when I came up to the window I believe it was the same woman the place is understaffed because my food took forever to arrive! Not pleased!
Hv many times order being wrongThis is first time here I went and potato with chives were so dry , I realized that they forgot to add butter and cheeseThey must do something about the preparation completenessWhen something happens 3-4 times , h tend to remember stuff.this is what I am talking about the missing on the order.Food quality when complete is very good , drive thru is fast .
Food was pretty good, although the burger was burnt in one part and the soda machine was out of most of the flavours unfortunately. Staff was mostly nice.
Food is always good, but he cashier was a little too invasive asking for vaccination proof and photo id. I'm fine with it , but when I said don't have a driver's licence and presented my health card, she started recording my health card information... Sorry. Not acceptable....I am fine with proving proof of vaccination , but violation of my right to privacy goes too far....Strange that I can stand in line for 10 minutes while I order something and another 5 minutes for it to be made, but if I want to spend another 5 minutes to eat inside the restruaint, with no one else around, I have to have an oversight committee record my personal information that is not required by the government.To the manager, please educate and train your staff as to what information that should be requested, and what boarders on invasion of privacy
I have gone to this location many times and food always good. Not today. Slow service, Fries 3/4 full and cold. Burger also cold. Today anyhow was a huge fail for this location.
Love Wendy's. Customer service sometimes isn't there but the food quality is great. My son is obsessed with the cheesey cheddar burgers!
Not a fine dining experience by any means, but if you are cool with giving your table a quick wipe down, the place is nice and the food is really good,tiny bit expensive for fast food but tastes good.
The place is well maintained, with good service. As long as you can enjoy the burgers，not a bad place for a quick lunch
