Not once at any Wendy’s in Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Missisauga and or Hamilton have I arrived at the location and the food was actually ready for my Skip Pickup! More often then not, they haven’t even started making the order and often are understaffed as well as staff being incompetent. For example, 1 of the 2 Wendy’s in Burlington like most are short staffed (Already a major Fast-Food Restaurant Issue). At this specific location though their is an elderly women whom works their along side 2 or 3 young teenagers. The women is the only one working hard while the teenagers are just standing and moping around with no motivation, very little manners and overall horrible attitudes. I think it’s insane that minimum wage is so high for all people! IMO, teenagers in school who live at home and live in a household without a financial burden particularly, these teenagers shouldn’t get your typical minimum wage. Or people under 18 should be paid $10 an hour, nothing higher! It’s unacceptable to be paying students under 18 - $14.60/hour while minimum wage is $15.50/hour. I think that’s way to high to be paying children who can theoretically earn over 30G’s per year GROSS by standing & doing nothing, slacking off, behaving rude to customers, behaving lazy, not working hard etc. This is Lunacy IMO as an adult with a 4yr BA and a Masters, working full time in my field I am earning honestly close to that same amount. It’s absolutely ridiculous how they treat and segment people in Canada at it’s current state. Why should a high-school student who needs no money be able to earn hundreds of dollars per week to buy tech devices, video games, unhealthy food beer and weed while an adult trying to feed their family working hard at the same job earns a measly .90 cents more per hour? That’s completely unrealistic and sad that our policy makers have come to these conclusions and put them into action.

Just stopped here with 2 friends for food on a 2 hour drive home from the Blue Jays game in Toronto. It’s the second Wendy’s we stopped at on the way home after the first turned us away because they weren’t taking orders for whatever reason, inside dining is closed here so we go through the drive-thru.Tried to order 3 separate bills and the girl on the intercom says she can’t take separate orders because she’s “by herself”. So we try to order 3 meals on one bill and she cuts us off after the 2nd meal and says she can’t take any more food on one bill. We drove up to the window to sort it out and there’s 5+ workers inside. So the girl on the intercom lied about being by herself. It’s Saturday night at 9pm, why in the world would you be working alone at a fast food restaurant? Like what the hell is with these businesses and not wanting to serve anymore? No one wants to work anymore so you make it impossible for customers to order and then blame us for ordering food? This is ridiculous, and before someone from the restaurant responds to this I live 2 hours away and don’t want any coupons or comped meals - this service is absolutely unacceptable of any restaurant. Decided we would go to Tahinis instead, they didn’t turn us customers away.

Asked for ? no salt, made me wait 8 minutes, fries was filled with salt, but was fresh hence the 2 stars

The drive thru is slow sometimes but I love the new breakfast sandwiches!

99c frosty are a steal deal and drive thru crew were extremely pleasant.

breakfast baconator combo is yummy. tim hortons next door was super packed at morning rush tho

The best part was in Cafateria they had a children's singer / performer which was awesome. The place seems small in comparison with some others been to. They did not have the cheap plates I went for, they had all kinds of bowls etc. But zero plates. These are the Corelle type thin cheap plats, used to be a buck.

This Wendy's burger is really good. Especially the patties that go into the burgers were delicious.

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:23 pm to order a few things. I was writing in line to order cashier didn't acknowledge my being there with a "we will be right with you or one second please" instead they let two skip the dishes people cut in line. That is really not a great way to do business. A customer is a customer no matter what, my order was small anyways and on top of that they didn't even have bbq sauce. You should be telling that to customers before they pay for their food. It took 20 minutes from me first walking in to getting my food. That is super slowLucky I was hungry because I would have left next time I will go elsewhere to eat

Food was good. The app and service were not good.
