I come here quite often, and I recently had a wonderful experience with a bartender/server named Sarah. She was super sweet and went above and beyond to make sure our table was fully satisfied. I have never seen her before I think she is new here but I will definitely ask for her when I visit this restaurant again!! Thank you Sarah!!! I hope to see you again soon ?
I usually love ordering takeout from this location and have done so several times, however I haven’t been happy with my last two orders. The portion sizes appear smaller, food isn’t as tasty, the lettuce is dry and on the verge of spoiling. It’s not worth the price anymore.Edit: I would like to say thank you to Henry from Guest Services for reaching out and taking the time to make things better, it’s very appreciated.
Excellent service and food. They had sufficient staff to serve and attend to you. The food came out quickly and the drinks were delicious.
I’ve been there a lot, never disappoints! Food is great. But most importantly Sarah is always amazing, fun helpful and just makes out time there perfect. Always come back for Sarah ! Also Henry is great always makes sure we are enjoying our time and having a great service. He also give a lot of good recommendations.
Everytime I feel like having a night out, turtle jacks is always my first pick. Sarah is my all time favourite and is one of my main reasons for always attending this location. She is always thorough with my order and always takes care of me. She is attentive, very friendly and always makes sure I’m happy with my order. I rate this restaurant 5 stars but wish I could rate it 10 stars because of her. Will always recommend my family and friends to visit this location!
I ate here just a few days ago with some friends. Sarah was our server and she definitely enhanced our experience. She was sweet, friendly, efficient and gave the best recommendations. We got a few orders of the chicken wings and fajitas, and there wasn’t a crumb left on our plates. I’ll definitely be back again.
I must say this is one of the finest restaurants in North Oakville, led by talented server and hostess Julia I. She was brilliant in assisting my large group and ensuring we had everything we needed and more. Simply unparalleled in terms of quality service and pleasant conversation. Will be back soon and looking forward to enjoying another hearty meal.
I ordered Hunters Chicken for main, it was just a bunch I things put in a bowl.. nothing like what the menu describes. The presentation was poor too... dessert was Turtle Pie, which was sooooo sweet that my teeth fell off... it was a good combination of mousse and walnut but overall dint work for me!
Went here with the team. Service is good, food..not so much. Ordered the hunters chicken- not good at all. Wouldn't recommend2 stars because dessert was good, tried the turtle pie
Ordered Via Uber, asked for no cheese… got cheese… Also the other burger was pink in the middle. I called the restaurant and the manager said to deal with Uber like it was them who made the mistake and not the restaurant. I suggest calling the restaurant after placing an order via Uber because clearly they are new to the restaurant business.
