The worst Tim Hortons. Not enough that they always mess up my order. Apparently now they don’t have chicken even though chicken is on their menu. Ridiculous! I ordered my usual Cappuccino today and they gave me plain coffee with milk. Unbelievable!
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The same girl excepted some cash and used the same gloves to make my bagel. When I confronted them she just went and made another bagel. This time washing your hands and using clean gloves. Disgusting
Worst service ever.. One fat lady work there at night some days. She should be fired. She doesn’t know how to talk with people. She usually had everything available but never give anything.. maybe she has to take everything home.Worst Tim horton ever
Hire more people at Tim Hortons so that customers get good food and your employees don’t have to run in the workplace to get the customers
Order a coffee regular 3 am coffee wasn't fresh very disappointed.
It was a bit weird when I placed my online order. Got to the drive thru window and was told that the pot of coffee was not ready. If we drove back around to let other people by, that the coffee would be ready.
Poor customer service I have placed a Mobil order and they make me wait for 10 min they serving all the people on the line so what's the benefit to placing a Mobil order I think Tim Horton should take notice for this thing because if they offer this service and customer still need to wait so then we are just wasting our time and money for and the person who served I have to ask her twice where is my order and they did not even apologize.
After 10pm one woman work there she don’t wanna make drakroast . She all ways say coffee machine is broken . But the machine is working . Very bad service
