Unprofessional staff!!! All teens!!! I asked for a particular thing which was not prepared, instead of giving me an option they started laughing looking at each other!!What a start you give to someone’s day!!Wish there was an option for -ve rating!!It was POOR service!!!
Filthy. This is the filthiest Tim Hortons. Grime like you wouldn't believe in the washrooms and dining areas. Not a shred of toilet paper, mess on the floors. Makes me want to stop coming here.
What a disgusting location. Did they stop cleaning tables because COVID restrictions loosened up? Every single table is dirty. The washrooms are dirty. The young staff member with the obnoxiously loud voice that yells to people he knows in the drive through or across the counter should be fired. He's swearing, including the dreaded f-bomb, at students who are customers while parents have their kids here (as if it would be okay another time). He clearly thinks his job is to walk around talking loudly to other employees. Maybe he should come clean the tables? Maybe he should get fired. Someone should come clean the tables and he should get fired. I should've gone to another location.
By far best Tim Hortons in all of Burlington. Super fast and very considerate of the way they package the food to make sure it doesn’t contact other items. 100% recommend.
I gave 3 stars for the staff behind the counter as they were all in their teens and doing a good job keeping up with orders as drive through was exceptionally busy, but as for the restaurant definitely I’d only give it a 1 star rating as I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness! The restaurant was so dirty tables not cleaned the bathroom was disgusting and the ladies bathroom door was broken off it’s hydraulic hinge! Not sure if this store is a franchise or a corporate location, I was so disappointed as this was my first time in two years that I have been inside any Tim Hortons location due to mandates and certainly the last time I will spend any time dining inside again, I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue however it’s definitely a problem
Love this location, great staff and team. But 3 star is due to the poor maintenance of Drive Thru. Very bumpy and now the screens don’t work anymore and it’s been months and no one cares to replace those digital screens.How do new customers order or look at the changes in menu if you don’t show what you offer as a business ?I am hoping it changes sometime sooner. Thanks to all the Team members working at this location for great customer experience. Well Deserved.
This place is never consistent with their products, but today I went inside, and things were a bit better!When to get something at 5am, I asked for craveable sandwiches to be told they had run out!I asked. At what time do you start serving them? she just responded, "ok, have a nice day! I had even finished putting my order! So I guess the place suck even more everyday.
If you go to the drive thru the screen never is working properly so you can’t see what you want to order. Is horrible. So bad. Hope they can fix this problem.
As a Tim Hortons goes, this one is decent. Actually it is very good. The staff in the middle of the day are friendly and professional and the space is vibrant. I generally discourage people from visiting Tim Hortons because it's a company that does not treat the environment, the staff or the customers really very well.This one is decent.
