I have a hard time understanding how it takes 20 minutes for the people at the counter to just give me my bacon BELT bagel. This has happened several times and after the most recent occurrence I have decided that I will never be visiting this place again
Multiple times order fulfilment has been below par. You order something you get something else. Latest one - ordered tim biebs was given regular tim bits and no one cared to inform.Due to TINA, this particular Tim Hortons is somehow still flourishing!
Not all Tims, only this siite on Upper Middle very unfriendly attendants, distracted and give an incomplete product. Need more training. Improve on products
This place was the worst service I’ve seen from Tim Hortons staff since I started going to Tim Hortons years ago. How rude. Never have I asked staff why can’t they help me cancel a item am they say they do t know why but they cannot cancel order placed even when u ask politely right away before they even started filling the ordered item. Never will I enter the 1500 uppermiddle rd west Tim Hortons if someone paid me.
The hours do not match what they actually are on Google. I'm not even mad at that, though. I work in retail and understand that mistakes like this can happen. HOWEVER, their hours are not posted ANYWHERE on their store. I walked in and was ignored by everyone. The managers paid me no attention as they saw me walk in then proceed to close their tills. Worst of all, one of the employees just STARED at me instead of telling me that they were closed. Again, I understand that Google makes mistakes, but maybe TELL your customers that you are closed instead of IGNORING them? Especially when you do not have your hours posted on your store, have the open sign ON, have the doors unlocked, have employees actively making food, and are helping out a different customer.This location knows how to hire the worst people. I mean, read the reviews about the managers. If the managers are this rude, you can imagine how horrible of an attitude the rest of the team has. Customer service is not for everyone.I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and decided to boycott it two years ago after too many terrible interactions (slow service, rude interactions when they make mistakes, and so much more). I thought they might have learned something by now after *not* reading the reviews, but I should have learned my lesson. I am officially finished with this location.Go to the Tims on North Service and Third Line as a better alternative. That location is CONSISTENTLY decent and POLITE.
Ordered on moble and was expecting to get my order to be ready in 10 minutes as i arrive. After 15 minutes the fist casher told me they don't have the order, and walked away.the second casher said "it's not in the system", period. I had to ask them what to do next but they didn't know. Finally the order "just showed up" and they made it. Hoever, i still had to wait 3 minutes to get some napkin while 3 casher fixing the coffee machine.I really should.have order from mcdonald on the other side of the building, but they were closed for renovation. Shame on them.
Drive through takes way too long, they treat walk in customers as secondary - I’m usually just ignored for 5 minutes. The Manager works very slowly when lines are long and has not established a high performing team. Ineffective management based on my observations. Performance at this location has been absolutely terrible during 2021/2022.
Overcharged for the third time at this place. No caring, eye contact or apologizing from manager. Ask for a receipt and verify it closely. I’m never going there again.
4pm cutoff for breakfast style foods is actually around 3 at the latest, at least in the drive through. the signs still say "until 4pm" but that must only be the corporate requirement. Breakfast sandwiches are not available, last 3 times I've tried to get there after work driving past. first fail at 355 (understandable), second at 340, and this last time 315 and "sorry not available anymore today". GG Tims at the sobeys mall, never going back.
Worst experience with employees of this tim Hortons.I went to this store the front door was closed and time was around 9’0 clock and their drive-thru was open has i am truck driver so I can’t bring truck in drive-thru window so i visted to drive-thru window and requested them for order but employees were speaking very rudely and started arguing with me.This never happened me with any other tim hortons it was my worst experience ever.Zero customer service
