Longest wait at the drive through I have ever had. And it's not like it was a long line. Never coming back. Then my toasted bagle looks like this and tastes worse. It's also chewy. I think I'll just throw it out.

This is by far the worst drive through experience I had with Tim Hortons! We drove through this location on Sunday May 15 around 1 pm. At the pick up window, not only we were not greeted, instead the lady asked us rudely "WHAT ARE YOU?" SERIOUSLY??!! What kind of question is this? When we asked for a few napkins she grumbled something impatiently as if our request had caused a huge trouble for her. I should've gone in and file a complaint to her manager. I didn't as we were in a rush. But I hope the store manager sees their google reviews and do something to improve their customer service before losing their customers.

Slowest Tim Hortons drive through ever. And paying at the speaker box doesn’t make it any faster…. Whos ever idea that is, so better.

Little or no ventilation. Very foggy environment and not spacious enough for business. Just a drive through is the best option.

This is the worst customer service all across Canada! Seriously! I wanted to redeem my offer from the app, after scanning the cashier asked other employee for help, as it didn’t work. The employee made the same steps and said “I don’t know” and LEFT. Then another employee came to take a look and said “The app the third party, you have to come ready to order, you can come back after you figure it out, now I have other customers in line” Is this for real?!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by one of the drive thru employee. Ordered a dozen donuts, they put it in two separate boxes, one of which was not closed properly. When she passed it to my friend, it slipped from her hand and it dropped onto the ground. She went and came back with another box and says We need to pay her. It’s hilarious how it’s her fault for dropping it and blames my friend, as it was due to her negligence for dropping the box and not closing the box. Absolutely pathetic, no wonder the drive thru times take forever. Management needs to take a look at this.

I bought a Large coffee and a donut from this location, and when I bit into my donut, a large black strand of hair, wrapped around the donut, got caught in my teeth. I immediately felt sick from this disgusting incident, and drove back to the store (store#102118) to complain about this and get my money back.First the girl at the window chuckled when I asked if any of the employees had black hair, then when I went to the window I noticed she didn't have her hair net on. That is standard practice in most fast food industries.I got my money back for the donut, but really they should have just refunded me for the whole thing.This is the service of Tim Hortons now?Wow. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.Do better.

Terrible service. We have given this staff multiple opportunities. They have given wrong orders on multiple occasions. They have overcharged on wrong orders, the staffs ability to pack things in a take out container is suspect. Donuts are often squished, soup spilled, spoons missing. Unfortunately, in the 10+ times we have been here (as we live in the area), not a single order was completed properly. Management should really consider a turnover of staff. This current staff clearly have no pride in their work.

Yesterday I was in store picking up order ,A man in front of me no mask ,ordered food and went to sit indoor which was closed off due to covid restrictions. He kept saying to wanted to sit inside and a supervisor allowed him to sit .When I spoke to supervisor she said he had a medical note for not wearing a mask ,which is unheard of .If you can't wear a mask then wear a face shield .WE ARD IN A PANDEMIC. very disappointed with the staff allowing this to take place .

Wanted a donut and tea. Went inside because I like to see the product before I order it. Stood second in line for five minutes. Nine staff completely ignored the three of us in line, they wouldn't even look at us. There was a single car in the drive thru at the time. I do hope that you all lose your jobs for making your customers feel like a piece of garbage.
