The style of the worker is not good with the world, teach her more respect than work
Service has gone down hill in the last few months. So slow. Never ever right. Breakfast sandwich missing sauce, cheese when asked for no cheese and it’s even written on the box, teas with cream instead of milk?all around very disappointing.
This is the worst Tim Hortons I have set foot in awhile. It is dated and very dirty. The tables had crumbs and previous customers dirty cups and wrappers not cleaned up. The garbage can was overflowing. It just looked like nobody cared how the interior looked. Very disappointed.
Service unbelievable ..slow as molasses. . Waited 20 mins in line up more than once this week. (Decide to drive 5 mins away and use another store as it’s quicker) Order made up wrong every single time. No apology when I return to get it fixed. Please train the staff as there’s a lot of new faces here.
Tried to get breakfast this morning from drive through, waited close to twenty minutes, when I got to order was told there was no eggs, which seems unfathomable, but it ended they had some eggs, ordered four breakfast sandwiches, one came with only a sausage patty, no cheese no eggs. Tried to call to sort it out, phone just rings. Staff had no clue what they were doing. Disappointing.
They very very very X 100 times slow a lot of elderly women working inside like 6 or 7 I have no problem with that but the thing is it’s verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry sloooow man it’s killing me come on do something bro if one elderly person is okey but 7 this makes the place unwanted to visitYou can’t do this the place is just dying
Bad experience, I have to speak out loud for three times to order their new offered latte, I said thank you with no response, not even look at you for once, I guess she is really busy in the morning, I live here on Maple Grove Drive, but probably not coming here for a coffe.
Always busy , eat-in and drive thru . These days when you drive thru , you can see the snow mountain...?
All good until recently. For the past few months, this store have messed up EVERY single one of my orders. Terrible management, the employees don’t know the menu at all and is very poorly trained. Only thing they seem to be able to get right are some donuts.
This used to be my favourite timmies in Oakville. It seems like they changed the staff and the incompetence has risen beyond measure. After taking my payment, they tell me they don’t have part of the item I want (the egg, which is the entire point of a breakfast sandwich). I asked for a different sandwich, and before I had a chance to finish my sentence they closed the window. After the fact, they gave me only 2/3 of my items I paid for and said there you go, have a good day. Throughout the entire experience, not one apology was mentioned. Looks like I’ll be eating elsewhere.
