Every time I place an order, there’s an issue… it’s so frustrating….My daughter found a long hair in her creamy chocolate chill so she couldn’t drink that and asked for 10 Timbits with no plain or strawberry filled.. we received 8 Timbits with plain and strawberry filled so she only got 4 of what she requested.
Waited 20mins for our curbside pickup through the app to be walked out. Had to go in wait in line only to find our food and drinks have been sitting there the whole time. Drinks were half melted and no one even bothered apologizing.
Worst Tim hortans EVER.They don't know the difference between milk and cream, large or med processed cheese and cheddar cheese it's ridiculous all I ask for is what I ordered and what I pay for, and nothing less.This happens on the daily it's not like it's once in a while thing.
Always a favorite. Love their seasonal donuts. The staff is friendly but a word of advice, skip the drive through and go right inside to place your order because the lineup is usually crazy long during peak hours.

The staff are not knowledgeable. They gave me the wrong order and the not label the orders either. and after leaving I discovered that I was not given the double double I ordered. I couldn't go back because I was far away already.
Kinda sucks tbh in comparison to other Tim Hortons. I feel bad for anyone that works there fr. Rancid rancid vibes, makes me want to apologize for the unforgivable crime of being a customer.
Not to pleased with the service.and the staff are pretty rude.a lot of young staff, which I'm happy that the youth are able to work and get their little money. But don't forget you don't own Timmy's!! Be humble and remember you will come across a situation where you will need some form of human kindness. * eye rolls*Oakville is Very stuck up! I can say this because I've worked in this area since 2016. and I definitely feel like customer service in this area is like pulling teeth.
This is the worst tims i have ever been to... the staff is deaf 100% ... i order something and they always mess it up. I have lost count of how many times they have wronged my order. Today, i ordered black coffee and they gave me Steep Tea triple triple. And wrote incorrect on cap.. staff needs training here.. spoiled my day..
This Tim Hortons shows they are open 24hrs; however, don't bother going to the drive thru after 10pm because they will state that the grill is closed. I've randomly asked for items from the menu after 10pm for the last year and a half, and was only successful getting a hot sandwich (that was served cold) ONCE. Also, don't bother asking for a donut; your only choice will be old fashion plain or old fashion glazed. Most disappointing Tim Hortons drive thru.
