I really like the fast service and the delights they sell, always fresh.

Not worth a 1 star because it's decent but for this being a corporate location, it is god awful. Service is slow and the ppl working can't seem to understand drink or food requests. If you want your order messed up, come here.

Normally, I'd give a higher ranking but today asked for a 4 cheese bagel at the Drive thru menu only to be told none were available after I paid! Oops.

This is a serious complaint I would like to raise. The server today were very rude and mocking at a simple and valid ask of ordering a box of timbits with choice of flavors. To add to that, the servers did not serve the correct order for the coffee to which they refused to rectify /change it. Simply I was left with no option but to leave with the box of timbits. Including other customers in the queue, we noticed them mocking which is unacceptable! May be the employees need to address their own frustration in a constructive way.

An employee at the night shift is very rude every time I go.I asked him for an extra straw then he became angry. He also swore at my muslim friends. So racist, this is the headquarters Tim Hortons and it is this bad. What a shame!!!!

I go there almost everyday at night and I always despise their awful service. There is especially a tall white skinny man who always gives annoying comments and is very rude.

I’m writing this because today at 11:30pm I had a really awful service With Tim Hortons I go here everyday and one of their worker Indian girl wearing specs working at night shift .she had a very rude tone of voice on the drive through I placed order for coffee and wrap and without hearing my complete order she pushes me to drive ahead. I did not like the experience that I had at this tim Hortons. I almost come here everyday and her attitude stays the same, she throws my coffee cup as she is doing some favour on me. I hope she can fix her attitude towards customers for future thanks

This location is the worst tims I have ever been to. It could be mistaken for a construction site for how many people are just standing around. I ordered two farmers wrap with no chipotle sauce. It took them 17 minutes. If you are running late to work don’t bother, hell even if you’re early don’t bother.

Imagine catching an attitude because your employee over charged me for my order, then when i ask about the taxes i was charged prior to refund lady hands a nickel as if that’s the amount equated for the refund. Because it’s a Saturday and my child is with me i accepted it but this location has declined in customer services. Terrible attitude

I visited this on my way to Niagara falls atround 9 pm. The man at counter was so rude. For everything i asked, his reply was "i don't know". His behavior was very bad and not polite.
