This Tim Hortons has been the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to!!!!! The staff are incredibly rude and have no care for their job. Pulled up with my car to place an order and asked if I could use the tim hortons app to redeem my offer and was answered with “i don’t know” and the most rude tone I ever heard from any customer service representative. Once I arrived at the window, they didn’t even look at me and I asked how I can redeem my offer, and again got a very rude response. These employees act like they don’t want to work here. Customer service is prime to any business, and this location does not have any. Never coming back again.

The new feature Cold Hazelnut Brew is a must try if you like a nutty blended drink!! The foam on the drink is toooo good!! Slurp slurp ?Also, the toasted coconut Timbit was amazing! Not too sweet but flavourful ?Looking forward to trying their cold french vanilla brew coming this June!
This location is nicely renovation. Spacious and clean. Staff is nice and orders are quick and always correct. One of the reasons this location is one of the best is Britney ! Britney needs to be cloned. She is the nicest person ever. She runs that tims when on shift amazingly.and so efficient !!! Britney is so friendly and nice. Always welcomes everyone. Catches up with you when there is time. She is so nice to the staff and customers . I always look forward toMy visits when she is in !

One of the latest Renovated locations, loved the Hockey stick entrance door handles, a nice different touch. Clean and professional staff.
Just waited in line drive thru for 30 minutes. This used to be the fastest Tim Hortons and the last 6 months, has just really gone downhill. On top of waiting for 30 minutes in drive thru, pulling up to the window they had the orders wrong. I understand the world has changed a lot, but we are over 2 years into the pandemic, and should be used to new guidelines and rules. Seems the location needs to reorganize, I dunno. Won't be going back for awhile
Whoever makes the toasted coconut donuts deserves a big raise ! They are the best I have ever had !!
