The 'order' and 'grab your food' process is a little bit of a back-and-forth but overall pretty decent speed of service. Food was as-expected.
Very bad experience in this locationVery bad customer service. Staff is fighting in front of us they don’t have understanding at all . They gave me chicken when I specifically asked for veggie things. When i asked there is chicken still they are ignoring and trying to convince me that this is veggies . Half of stuff what i asked they don’t have and the quantity of food fhey gave me was like very less and when i asked that’s it. She is like yes because they don’t have more stufff.. . Literally , are uh serious even Coffee taste bitter. Those girls needs to learn more about customer service specially more knowledge about tim if they really wanna work at tim Hortons otherwise its a loss for business.I hope owner take a look to his store..
Just left this location literally 10 seconds ago, and i can say for one the “young adults” in there who decided to mock me and my RACE by screaming “PERIOD” as i waited for my order should get a lesson in customer service etiquette. As well as having me sit in the window while they forgot 10 Timbits. This will be the last time i patron this location and that’s on PERIOD!!!!
Such a worst experience. I went there last night around 1 am tim was open nobody responded i even blow horn on drive thru but nobody answered. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru nobody answered. Tim shows 24 hours and the machines were also working and nobody showed at the window.
The customer service was excellent. Insa was very kind to help us fix the order. It was a big order and she kindly replaced our wrong drinks. Also, she was very quick at the sandwich station. Never received my sandwich order this quick.Definitely, it will be my all time stop on enroute Niagara.
Well they have the Roll up to Win going in so that's pretty good. If I could just win more than a free coffee I'd be on Happy Street.
My wife and I went to this timmies and spent money on tea. They couldn't even get it done right. My wife said how we wanted the tea 3 times. When we pulled up to the window the woman ask her again. She told her again how we like our teas. They still screwed it up. We asked for 2 teas with one milk. We got 2 teas with extra sugar. Where did we say sugar I want to know. People who work drive thru need to understand what people are ordering from the store. So if I were you I would pull aside and check my order before you leave the area. That way you won't spend money on things you can't drink.
They definitely prioritise the drive-through over dining inside. A bit frustrating to see 3 staff all filling drive-through orders while you wait for your coffee!Seating area definitely isn't cleaned as much as is needed
This Tim’s is right by our house so we keep going there hoping something will go right for once. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a correct order from there. Today I asked for the new cinnamon caramel cold brew and when I drove away I found it to just be cold coffee - no sugar or flavour. I had this drink from another Tim’s the other day and it was sweet and delicious. I went back through the drive thru asking them to make it again and I got the exact same thing. It is infuriating.
Not sure how sour cream glazed doughnut translates to 5 plain timbits but I was already too far down the 403 to go back. ? sandwich was good though, coffee was ok.
