Terrible staff shifts. Saturday and not a single person today can take an order. They were screwing up orders, very slow. Total amateur hour.Shame. This was one of the better Tim's in the area. Now it's the worst.Totally been taken over by people with much lower standards.

Walked in and was waiting in line, when I was the next in line the other cash opened and took the person behind me. Waited for a cash to take my ordered but left after being ignored. If your ever going to walk in to Tim Hortons, don't and just go through the drive through.

There is a fat lady taking orders here and she is so rude. First she was rude while taking the order then provided the wrong order and was forcing it on us. Happened twice. Seems like she does it with all brown people. My friends also said the same. All other staff is super nice.

In the past (10 years ago), that was THE Tim Hortons that had the biggest customer turnover in Mississauga - highly organized to move a consistent crowd influx smoothly.Unfortunately today things are different... they are just slow and disorganized. Keep it up people!

Since I’m paying money ill share. Your neighbours across street at Shell Gas give Buffalo chicken wraps without napkins three times in a row. I had my own twice , this time the watery juices poured through the cardboard and sauce went all over my pants. Not a world issue but for the price of it it’s worth a complaint .

Came here over the weekend. Service was good. The place wasn't very busy but the state of the restaurant was so bad. The tables and floors were dirty, the garbages were overfilling in the restaurant and in the bathroom. There was a guy wiping down the doors and glass counter though. Tell me where the priorities are and what happen? I can come train your staff if you like

Date 28th April 2022. Time 7:25pm. Drive through rude staff at Dundas and Hydepark Gate. Credit card not working notice was pasted near the order taking counter. There is no exit from the queue. Can’t order there and pay inside. When this was explained the staff was responding rudely. Why waste time in a queue to learn that cards are not working. Isn’t it common sense to know that the notice should be visible before entering the queue??

One of the cheapest customer service and poor quality of food items. I bought French vanilla coffee and jalapeño bagel toasted with butter. It was take away order. When I opened bagel it was all burnt on all sides. I went back all the way but the guy on the counter, rather than sorry for unhygienic and unhealthy bagel, started misbehaving. It’s a request for the higher management of Tim Hortons to please improve customer service at least, if you can’t improve food quality.

Consitently poor service at drive thru including not typing in orders and claiming I ordered something different at payment, errors in orders, and poor food prep at the window. Person on drive thru doesn’t listen to order and then has to spend double time correcting it and constantly just interupts when ordering resulting in more mistakes
