If there was an option to give a negative star would have done that !The lady at the front counter on Monday July 11, 2022 at 5:22 am was super rude, unprofessional and had a hate for the customers on her face. She was trying to judge me on my speaking skills. She had that devilish laugh, as if she was trying to look down on me, when I asked “I need a double double with milk”. According to her I need to request a coffee from her.English is my second language so I might not be up to the mark while speaking it.On top of that she was making faces when I wanted to customize my wrap. She simply said “This is not done”, “This can’t be done”It was like she simply don’t want to serve the customers and just to milk money during her hours at Tims and doesn’t want to work at all.Been 4 years in Canada but never had this terrible experience at any other Tims. I ended up saying that I don’t need anything from here and left the store. It was early morning 5:22 am and the way she treated me spoiled my whole day.Management should look into this and should hire only those needy people who are willing to work hard rather than people who are just simply wishing that they don’t have to serve any customer during their shift time.What a waste of an employee and a human being she was. Her big, blunt, cold blooded face will haunt me forever.

The lady working at front desk at 5:10 am on May 20th was extremely rude - and kept correcting my order with an angry look and tone and will not listen to anything else-She does look happy to see customers comeI’m at this time. Please look into this issue and your poor customer service as I left and canacel led my order due to her improfessional behaviour. I hope not all your staff is like this or I will stop coming here

Really sht store, workers clearly hate working there. Ordered two roast beef sandwiches and was told we shouldn't order sandwiches at this location. They clearly are lazy workers and in addition to getting mad at me for ordered two roast beef sandwiches gave me one chicken sandwhich instead of roast beef. If you don't want a customer to order a specific item then take it off your menu, don't get mad at me for ordering it. Sht store dont bother coming here.

I would give it zero if I had the option. After a long day at work, I was hoping to eat there but was told that they have closed the deli and have nothing to offer me other than a lemonade (mobile order). So I had to go across the street (you know where). Also did not get a refund for my order and I have to wait god know how many days for my money.

Average coffee, donuts with an assortment of breakfast and lunch food. No drive thru. Small dining room. Older Tim's decor and cafe style set up. During summer weekends they get crazy busy.

Fire the old lady working there. I simply walked in, waited my turn, mentioned that I'm here to pick up an online order (placed about 10 minutes ago). She replied very rudely by saying "Oh no I just got that you're gonna have to wait" and started flicking her hands at me insisting for me to get out. Unbelievable

Most of the staff is very nice, a few people are a little bit on the slow end, but mostly everyone is very nice, makes good coffee/food and fast. No drive thru, but I use mobile most of the time if there is a line up. My fave local Tim's.

Ordered breakfeast sand and coffee got sandwich waited for coffee meanwhile person behind me got coffee before me I asked counter lady where's my coffee she said the other person working is doing it not a team player

Asked for the Grilled cheese Got It Without the cheese on the top .Not worth going go stop at another restaurant . But not this one. Called the stire the staff was not friendly at all and not ready to accept their mistake. Such a waste customer service they provide .

A small Timmies with limited variety of products. I experienced quick service and a hot cup of tea.Washroom was clean with a powerful hand dryer, which I liked.
