I like the food's flavor here. It's quite authentic and tasty. Will come again.
Service is quick and the food is well prepared. Kind fun to watch how they cook your orders in front of you.
This is the only Thai Express opened in Oakville for now. No pick up orders, can order from Doordash for delivery. High quality dish and fast delivery.

Excellent food compared with the other Thai express locations.
There is professional staff in here. I write this comment from doordash delivery. This is the worst store that I ever pick up order. Called 10 times, wait for 20 minutes and nobody pick up the phone. They don't care about their customer order also the other delivery partner. First and last time pick up from this location.
This was my first visit. The service was horrible. The menu was slightly ambiguous because step 1 was to pick a protein and step 2 was to pick a dish. My question would’ve been if I picked beef for step 1 and a chicken dish for step 2, wouldn’t they contradict each other? When I approached the man at the cash register he immediately gave off a rude vibe and a “don’t ask questions” tone. I just read some reviews here. Clearly I’m not alone and things haven’t improved in months.
You CAN park just outside to the east of this food court location for free for 15 minutes! Just be sure to get a ticket for the free 15 minutes from the machine. They make most dishes within about 10 minutes allowing you to get out just in time. Food overall is quite good for a quick-service counter and portions are fairly large for what we order. The service here is not particularly friendly overall but it varies by person and isn't a big problem for us. We've been going to a Thai take-out place in Bronte lately instead but this is a good option if you're in NW Oakville and need your food quickly.
The food is delicious but the service is terrible! I am a staff member at OTMH and ordered a pad thai on my break. I don't normally eat at Thai Express so am not familiar with their menu. When I approached the rude, grumpy looking man at the register, I asked him what flavours of pad thai there was. He rudely said there were many kinds and pointed to the sign above his head. I couldn't see the small writing too well so I was having difficulty finding the flavours. I asked again him what were the flavours. He again said in a "you're-bothering-me-by-asking-a-question" kind of way and said we have 3 flavours and pointed above his head again. I rushed to order a beef pad thai as I was uncomfortable with his tone and behaviour toward me. I have had pad thai in the past and faintly remember ordering a spice level (mild, med, hot) but I was not offered that and I was too afraid to ask the rude man again for fear of him being rude to me again. It was also annoying and inconsiderate to me that the man cooking the meal and the rude man at the register began to speak their language as the food was being cooked. I had a feeling they were speaking badly about me as they looked at me a few times during their conversation. I have to repeat that the food is very good at Thai Express, just the service is terrible at the OTMH location. I visited the location on Friday Nov 13th, 2020 at approx 1:15 pm. This may help you identify which employees were working that day. I will return to Thai Express, just not this location.
Previously had a great experience at this location which was totally ruined this visitMy spouse went in and asked for the crispy chicken in the general Thai chicken, and crispy chicken in his pad see ew, as we find the regular breaded chicken to be fattyUpon arriving home and viewing our food, I ended up with Thairacha instead of general Thai and he got unbreaded chickenTried calling a few times before closing to advise of the error and they just wouldn't answer the phone
