First time trying this place and I’m so impressed:1) extremely generous portions especially the meat (I’m a big guy and split the food into two servings)2) meat tastes very fresh3) very friendly customer serviceI didn’t expect this much going into a generic chain like this but I was pleasantly surprised

I normally don't eat at Teriyaki Experience because I feel that quality isn't great. I went to this location since I was shopping around the plaza and it was the best food I've had. Loaded with lots of fresh veggies and tons of meat. The quality is there and I will be going here again. The employees are super sweet and welcoming and took time to make the food to perfection! Thank you!!
Came in and got the teriyaki chicken (extra) with the udon noddles and veggies. I actually didn't have a problem with the service, but the food. I came home excited to eat but after taking one bite I couldnt eat. The overwhelming smell of the chicken and the taste made me sick, went to the garbage. Very disappointed.
I have nothing but good to say. We been coming for dinner or take out for many years. They know my order just ask me is it for 1 or 2. The foods always cook to protection. Thank you.

The one who made my food kept telling me to back up in such a rude manner, even though there was clearly a shield for covid reasons. Food was okay, chicken seemed to be overcooked. When I checked the reviews I seem to have had the same chef that everybody was criticizing. And these reviews were 2 months ago. This employee has to go, or at least change his attitude towards costumers. I've noticed most the bad reviews have happened during the whole covid situation, something needs to change because it's not looking any good for this company for the future.

Never in my life have I felt the need to comment on a fast food place. After my experience I had to leave and check to see if I was the only one. I experienced identical to what others experienced with the chef being rude and yelling at me for standing and not sitting. When I asked are you yelling at me? He started back peddling telling me his english isn't good offering me my money back and a free drink. I politely declined and left. Will not return and won't ever go to this chain again. Teriyaki Head Office.....these people need retraining.
It's an overall decent Teriyaki Experience though I'd argue their location at Dorval Crossings is better. On a couple of visits, I called ahead to order & nobody would answer the phone. I can understand being busy, but a phone call should be answered at any place of business.
