Ordered the fish and chips. Absolutely horrible. Fish was bone dry and overcooked. Worst tartar sauce I’ve ever had. Big chunks of cucumber in it, not really sure what it wasWas offered a ‘meal’ free of charge for delivery or pick up from the Wyecroft Oakville storeWhen I tried to order via the delivery service number was told I had to directly contact the Wyecroft store. I am shocked to see negative reviews for Kiran. She was at the front of the house and I had the most wonderful conversation and was treated with such kindness. She contributed to the positive atmosphere that makes me want to come back to Harvey’s and made the wonderful suggestion of trying the mini donuts.
Food was hot, good portion of chicken. fries could have been cooked longer. Most locations don't provide finger bowls this location does. Service was great

This location has not been consistent with their take-out orders. I was very disappointed the last two times I ordered take-out. The first time the chicken was not cooked properly and very tough especially near the bone and the second time the chicken was cooked but the outside was almost white. It has now turned me off from wanting to eat Swiss Chalet chicken.
Came in for dinner around 3:50-4 today and our waitress was extremely kind and attentive. Overall she made dining in lovely and was really wonderful! Food was also hot & fresh which was awesome, great all together. :)
Always a delicious hot meal. Have been coming here for years. Newly renovated few years back. Staff very friendly always. We love their chicken!
Location is modern, and the service was attentive and fast. Food was great and up to Swiss Chalet standards. I also noticed they have new, more modern plating, and I’m all for it!Losing a star because the dessert was underwhelming. Before the brownie was better presented and the ice cream wasn’t extra, and there was whip cream. Towards the end, service wasn’t as good (plates weren’t cleared before dessert was served).
The new packaging is a rip off….please add fries the right way…it is not difficulty to do a proper job.
Nicki is the reason we come to this restaurant. The food is always good but it's the personal attention and excellent service that makes the difference. She is an absolute gem. Thank you as always Nicki for a fun night!!
