I normally eat at various swiss chalet locations and always very happy. Today I went to this location and had a terrible experience both with the food and customer service. We ordered our meals and the manager brought out an order of chicken spring rolls to the table. They were very dark and burnt on the ends. I stated to the manager that they were burnt and all she said was " do you want another one" and I said yes. I expected that they would replace the order because I tried one and it tasted burnt too. She sent out with the waitress the replacement order which consisted of 1 single spring roll, and It was the smallest I have ever seen. Super insulted by the way it was handled she never came back to see if everything was okay. The meal came and both meals had fries and they were over cooked and super hard. In general the meals were not enjoyable and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service as well.With covid entering the 7th wave, most restaurants we go into and eat, the servers are wearing masks. We really appreciate that when they do to help protect their customers since my spouse had a transplant. This location no one wears masks. With a good percentage of seniors as their clients as well, it would be nice if they would take steps to protect their staff or at least customers. Staff going table to table with no mask is like a super spreader event. Makes us very uneasy to eat here.
Food is very inconsistent. I've gotten take out, and on multiple occasions have had to re-cook the chicken because it was still pink and had some blood coming out. When rotisserie chicken is supposed to be the specialty, you'd think this wouldn't be an ongoing issue
The shape of my mash potatoes is a representation of how I feel about my pickup dinner last night. Just not impressive and the bread drenched with the grease of the chicken. The chicken could have been cooked more as well.

My favorite spot for fresh wings and the new battered fish is amazing!My family and I regularly visit this restaurant for sit downs and takeaways. The food is always fantastic and the staff are great! My toddler loves relaxed atmosphere and we really enjoy the family vibe.The food portions here are also very generous. We haven't once left a Swiss Chalet meal feeling anything less than satisfied.
Friendly service. Fast service. Nice inside. Love how cold the drinks are.

For a big chain they really don't have it together on the take out side, very disappointing and my last trip here definetly
Quality of food is always consistent. Would have been 5 stars if they didn't forget an order of fries.
The past 3 times I’ve been here, Heather has provided a great experience through her kindness and exemplary customer service. Yes the food and atmosphere are good but it’s the people that make u come back. Thanks heather!
