Victoria Day weekend. Went to pickup dinner 20 minutes before close. Risky business. The meals were excellent. Hot, fresh, tasty and generous portions. Great service. Getting food from a restaurant just before close can always be risky. But the staff delivered 5 stars all the way.
You have to try this brand name if you are not from Canada. I have never actually tried it from US. My husband introduced it to me and i love their food instantly. The Signature of Swiss Chalet sauce is amazing with the chicken. The combo price is very reasonable. The restaurant is very clear and the service is 10
Staff were very friendly, service was great, food was fresh and delicious and restaurant was very clean and organized.
Staff were friendly, chicken was moist and the fries were nice and crispy.
This Swiss Chalet location is my top favourite since the staff are always so nice and I always get FRESH food. Some chains it’s a hit or miss but this one is definitely a hit ☺️. Thank you for the wonderful services Swiss!
We usually enjoy Swiss Chalet, but tonight was just awful, the orders were missing items and I ordered wings that were so over done, they were inedible and went in the garbage, they also forgot the bbq sauce and that rice was way over seasoned. I don't know what happened, they are normally good.
Rhonda is super friendly. She is always so helpful and provides good recommendations. Always have a wonderful experience here at this fantastic location ! Definitely coming back :)

Our family order take-out today and I have to say they did a fantastic job! We have ordered take out from other restaurants many times before and it never fails where they screw something up.This Swiss Chalet's customer service was great and the order was correct and well packaged.Keep up the great work??See you guys soon??
I ordered pickup for the family for my mother's birthday, when I got home I noticed that I was missing one meal. We called and the manager was very nice and when we mentioned the birthday situation they sent out a delivery right away. They actually sent out the entire meal again which was above and beyond, that is serious customer service and you'll surely be keeping us as a client. I forget the staff members name, but it would have been the manager at 6PM EST. Thank you!
