Visited this restaurant many times. The food is good, but the service is horrible. The lady that works there has a rotten attitude and acts like you're bothering her by going there. No smile, no friendliness, she doesn't even ask how she can help you. Just looks at you as if to say "what do you want". Once I even tried to be polite and said thank you and have a good day when I was leaving and she didn't even respond. The only reason I've made many trips there is because the food is good for what's available in the area. I try my best not to visit.
First & last time ordering from this location. Could not fullfil anyone of my orders properly. All 3 issues in one →A missing item, an incomplete order & lack of supply... Disappointing..Only takes one impression to ruin the entire experience.Next time, I'll drive myself outside of the city to find something worth it.I'm sorry for the review but even more so, for the experience. ?
This is the best jerk chicken spot in the GTA. Their food quality goes beyond compare, their chicken is so tender and flavourful. If i have a suggestion get the rice and peas with the oxtail sauce, you can thank me later!
I don’t understand if customers matters then why disappointed your value customers. I had been order at this Caribbean restaurant for a while now and it always tasted amazing and this past couple times the portion of oxtails dinner gets smaller and smaller. Receive only 5 pieces of meat and very little sauce. Strike 2 for this restaurant

OMG living in Oakville I didn’t think I would find good Caribbean food. This place is GREAT! Friendly service and something for everyone! I had the goat on rice and beans. Just the right amount of curry & rice to soak up all that delicious sauce. Absolutely delish! I can’t wait to try the entire menu!
The workers are very nice and friendly. Their jerk chicken is the best, so if you are like me who loves Jerk, then this is the place for you.
Ordered jerk chicken meal off uber eats . It arrived and the chicken was raw and they forgot my coleslaw. I felt sick for the rest of the night afterwards. Do not eat here
