people are not allowed to cough or sneeze in this store. doesn’t matter even if you’re covering your face. don’t enter if you have cold
The cleanest subway I've ever visited! The worker here was very nice, her name was Kiran, and gave she us an extra free cookie! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Terrible service, TERRIBLE OWNER! Barry the owner I believe was very aggressive to some young teenage girls who were just trying to throw some garbage out he screamed at them threw the garbage outside (littered) and locked them out for just throwing out a simple wrapper, he also does not know how to talk to customers and like I said is VERY AGGRESSIVE not a good man at all! The girls were not being trouble makers whatsoever they we very timid and sweet. I watched and heard the whole thing take place while eating dinner with my husband in the car.if I could I would give them a 0/10 rating if you can just drive up to the one in the metro plaza so much better!!!
Very hygienic and well cooked food. Clean store. Special mention for KEY ( Kiran) for the exceptional customer service . Have been the best subway we have been to ever. Thank you
Best subway in this part of oakville. The one by upper middle seems to run out of veggie patties all the time and quality at this one just seems so much better. The one by iroquois is good too but their parking lot is always packed because of the other restaurants. I drive out of my way to go to this location. I'm not sure about others experiences here but my experience with staff has always been great. They are very friendly and helpful.
Honestly, the worst Subway I've ever been to. The bread was stale on the top. People who work there have zero customer service and don't listen to your order. I went there at least 3 times and it was the identical experience every time so it's not just one bad day. Avoid this one.

The service is always SO great! It’s the cleanest subway I have ever been to and the owner is so nice! The staff come up to me and ask me how my food tastes and the sandwich tastes so good every single time! They are always quick yet careful and I would recommend this subway to anyone!!

This morning at 8am I parked in a parking spot in front of your storefront so I could go into a storefront very close by - this is in a regular parking lot with no signs anywhere saying that specific spots can only be used for specific stores. As I was in the other storefront, a man, who I can only guess works for you or owns this location all of a sudden came into the place I was in and yelled at me for parking there, saying that spot should be for his deliveries and I shouldn't be parking there. I asked him where the sign was that said parking was only for Subway and he continued to yell at me. I moved my car, but I couldn't believe how rude this man was. I have come to Subway here before but you can bet I will not be coming back. Everyone is a customer or potential customer - this is no way to treat people. Really disappointing.
