Worst subway ever. Cheap with ingredients, rude staff, vegetables were frozen. Unwilling to correct sandwich error as it would be a loss of money.
The staff was rude and was trying to work so fast, the quality is not sufficient. Even though no one was waiting the staff was in such a rush. Didn't toast the bread did not spread the ingredients, was trying to save every ingredient. I won't be coming back..

Had a few questions about some items and the lady working there was getting mad about me wasting her time.No customer service at all and the lady was completely irrational when spoken to. Food quality was just a normal subway.
The Lady always working here is extremely rude every time we go there. She would not even give my mother an extra napkin or put normal amounts of ingredients on our sandwiches. I feel unwelcome when I come here and basically every word and facial expression the lady server makes is unkind and bitter. Once we used a coupon and she make it very clear that she makes no money when people use coupons. I don't recommend this location.
No such thing as customer service, rude response back when asked to add ingredients at the right amounts. Trying to save 5 pieces of half-cut to olives.
I love this location, the people are friendly and the sandwiches are always good!
Well I tried Subway in February 2020 and they must be under new ownership as my Veggie Sub was amazing!The past couple of time in last month have not been pleasant! Is it under new ownership! I wish they'd post if it's changed hands!
Lady was very rude at the counter, threatened to call police because I made a little mess by accident and made me clean it up while constantly yelling at me. She is currently recording me for no reason whatsoever. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN DUE TO THE GARRBAGE COSTUMER SERVICE. A similar incident happened with my friend with the same lady and I am very disappointed.
If you look closely, you can see the store is closed. I took this photo on a Sunday at 8:16 PM. If look even closer, it's not supposed to close until 9:00. No other signage, not even an emergency closure note scribbled on a napkin. I'm not one to complain online and shame business like this, but I had placed and paid for an order online to this location, and I'm met with this. To most people this would be obviously unacceptable, but to the owner and managers of this franchise, it is not. I shudder to think about what other details are being missed. Never again, Bronte Subway. Never again.
