I won't return. This is the second visit where protocols were ignored entirely. The first visit, I had to TELL the staff member to pull her mask up before making my order. Time passed and I decided to give them a second chance—mistake. A man entered in front of me not wearing ANY face mask (not even present on his person). There were two staff in the store and they served him without hesitation. NO MENTION of the fact that he was maskless. I turned around and immediately left the store. If they can't be bothered to enforce the rules when people are there, what else are they doing that we can't see. IRRESPONSIBLE. My visit was on Feb 24 at approximately 6pm.
I ordered online and they didn't have the vegetarian patty. They called me and made sure they get the replacement order. The owner/manager was wonderful. The service made my day. But I hope they make vegetarian patties available.
So little tuna. I asked why she said that's it. Two half scoops. I've been to many subways around the world and always was happy this place should be avoided. They give subway a bad reputation
They don't allow the public to use the washrooms, it's nothing short of discrimination.
If your going to be open until 2am why are you out of bread at 11pm? And why do you have reserved bread for uber but the walk-in customers are Sol? Doesn't make sense, also the one sub bun they had left that I bought is Dry and stale...

I was there late Saturday evening (August 27th, 2021) and the service and food was great!
The food and service is great
You have to understand, I walked in when it was 30 degrees C outside and the cold air was a welcome change. Most subways in this area are very similar in the quality of what you get. Fresh and pretty good. A little bit expensive these days but still good. I don't think I've ever had problems with the subways in the area
Great Tuna Subs and frequent fresh Italian Herb and cheese buns.
